I wasnt expect to be welcomed by someone cuz I’ve studied self-check in and out system of this very hotel but luckily a staff was just arrived at the reception when i got there. With very kind and skilled manner filled me with every details that I need to know. The location is perfect and there are markets around the hotel : tried lots of Korean local foods. Clean sheets both of the beds. Enjoyed a Japanese lower body bathing in the tub.

Could figure out how to work the aircon so it was extremely stuffy inside the room. No staff overnight so couldn’t ask for help. The street below seems to be trades people and construction style workers so it’s loud early in the morning.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Large modern rooms with comfortable beds. Check in process after hours was easy and hassle free. So was check out.

The coffee shop did not work at the lobby at all. Every morning, I wasted time to walk outside to find cup of coffee. I think it would be great if you serve free coffee at lobby :)

The room is big and spacious to stay with kids. Highly recommended if you looking for keyless room. It is easy like no need take something in your hand or forget your keycard. I liked tv channel list which is helpful to find exact channel. Also, liked people who worked at lobby and room service and big bath towels and free water and teas.

Everything was great! I have no negative comments.

The room was really clean and spacious for a family of five. There was a laundry room and even a water and ice dispenser on the top floor. There was also a microwave near the reception. The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The supervisor even gave us a welcome box from Tous Les Jours and a personal welcome letter. There was also a nearby convenience store and subway entrance! Overall, a great location.

Although there were two king's beds and one single bed, the room was not very squeezy. The bed is comfy and the staff is helpful. When we check in, the staff give a small gift for kids. The wifi is good and the room is clean. Walking distance to subway station. Very near to one famous market. Overall is good stay n worth the money. There is a coin washing machine and dryer and water cooler for customer which at the top floor of the hotel.

We had a perfect stay in Seoul and Acube made it even more perfect. Consistent with making up the room and adding towels and supplying even slippers everyday. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was so well lit during day and is nicely designed and also cozy and keeps light out just fine at night. Location was really good for price.

The location was very near the Metro. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. And there’s even a laundry area and a water refilling machine upstairs. The best part of our stay was how Damien accommodated all our requests - he always went the extra mile! Thank you Damien! And also, the airport bus pick up point was very near the hotel. And there’s a convenient store right outside. I would stay here again the next time I go to Korea!

euljiro neighborhood is a little industrial but interesting!

great location and SUCH KIND people. we accidentally turned our do not disturb light on, and the kind lady who cleans left us a basket of towels and water. the next day she almost chased us down and showed us how to turn it off so she could clean our room. the place was clean, spacious, and so close to 3 different metro lines!!! so easy to get anywhere in the city

The staff is very nice, especially at the reception. When I told them that I couldn't find a place for me and my kids in Seoul during the Golden weekend, just for 1 night, they helped me to book a room in priorityafter a no show. They help me on a daily basis with all my questions. The hotel is clean, affordable, family- friendly, and well located (metro, food street and places to visit, at a walking distance). There is a laundry , very useful after a few days. Well, I do recommend this hotel.

Damien the concierge was so very nice and helpfull. The hotel has the best situation, close to every major place to visit any taxi route wont cost more than 7€ and the metro is almost in front of the hotel. The cleaners make your bed so nicely everyday, it’s a pleasure to come back to the super comfortable beds.

No staff to talk too , everything is self- control but when you have 5 luggages, and a flight only in the evening, there is no way we would rent the luggage box, far too costly. Happily, we met with I think the owner and he allowed us to put them in a storage. Otherwise no more breakfast service, even though the hotel have the space and all the equipments as it seems they had that service before. I would say that for old people who are not acustomed to technology, it is a bit complicated to access the hotel

design of the room and bathroom, effective, very cosy. Shuttle bus to the airport very convenient and nearby + every 15minutes
