There is no staff at night which I understand but a lady locked herself out of her room and it was impossible to reach anyone which I feel is not okay. What if something more urgent happens? The bathrooms were often times dirty and even had vomit in them at one point. It got cleaned up but I don’t know how well because the smell remained for the 3 days I stayed there. The cubes get really hot at night, so sleeping with the door closed is impossible and there is nowhere to safely lock your belongings as there are no lockers and your pod obviously has no lock either.

The white building was nice, good wifi and good location. Beds are comfortable. Close to convenience store and multiple bus stops.

Lacking good communal spaces. Not a place to go if you want to meet other travelers. The bed nooks were private but could only be locked from the inside. Would have been nice to be able to lock my stuff up when I went out for the day. They also got hot as there was little to no air circulation. Laundry was not available to guests.

Everything is unpractical in this hostel. They made it look modern but clearly didn't think about the needs of the travellers. Only 3 showers for about 20 people (in 1 floor), only one hair dryer, and 2 sinks. Ridiculously small kitchen and only 2 tables to eat for about 80 people. There is a lot of space, but it's empty (why don't you put more tables and chairs??) The capsule bed looks nice but is very inconvenient. The bed capsule is high, but the upper part is useless.  Nothing to put your luggage, nothing to hang your clothes or wet towels, not a single small shelf in this empty space. (I had to sleep with my big backpack on my bed) Just a bed, that is noisy as soon as you move. And the light switch isn't at the door but at the back of the bed, so you have to climb over the bed to turn it on. It's very unpractical. They've been answering to reviews for years, saying they will improve, and nothing changes, they don't put any effort in improving the rooms. Is it that hard to put a hanger or a shelf on every capsule bed ? I usually love capsule hotels, but this one is the worst I've been to. They could do so much better. And how come there are so many people complaining about the check-in hours, but they still haven't changed anything ? It feels like they don't care about improving things for their clients. It's a Shame...

The public parking was very nearby but of course we were charged for it. The room was too dark for us, it was difficult to read in the late hours. The shower was not very clean and the rainfall shower didn't work very well. The water temperature was kind of hard to fix nicely.

The location was perfect, near Haeundae and you could easily walk to restaurants nearby. The check-in/-out was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was overall comfortable.

I loved everything here! Very close to Haeundae beach, like 5 mins by walking. Staff was really helpful. Kitchen facilities was enough for us, it was clean. Room was spacious for even 3 people, sheets were clean. Thanks!

Room was very dim, and no wifi access in the room is a major minus point for us. Wifi access is only at level 1 lobby area. We couldn't find the bedside electrical outlet, and when we finally found it, it was actually hidden by the mattress that was push right up to it. We had to buy an extension electricity cord there to allow all three of us to charge our phones at night,

Room size was big for the 3 of us and our suitcases, and straight opposite there was a convenience store.

Everything is perfect, the team working in Canvas hostel are super friendly and they make sure everything is in order. The hostel is very clean, the common areas are very clean too. The hostel is located near the beach and many attractions, shopping malls and many activities you can do and discover Busan. It's also well connected to the public transportation. Get easy access and transport on via the metro or the bus. Thank you 🙏

They didn't clean our room during our stay at all. The room was quite dark because of not enough lighting there. There was no Wi-fi in the room, only available in the lobby.

Location was good and nearby convenient store with elevator and free luggage storage. Walkable to ktx bus stop, subway and airport bus stop. It had coffee and hot water provided in the lobby.

The room was massive and beds were amazingly comfortable. I also luckily had the entire four bed dorm to myself for one night as well which was amazing. The shower and toilet are in the room and we’re very clean. The hostel is also very close to the beach.

The bathroom is terrible, there were two showers in the bathroom but the curtain could not close properly and after closing it, there is no space for shower at all. No WIFI in the room

Hair dryer takes more than 20 mins to dry my middle long hair. Towels provided too small, the first thought of it is for floor. Soundproof is quite bad as our room is near to lift so the noise is heard clearly. Aircond is not very cold and might hot for some people if you are unable to adapt to the temperature.

The only good side is spacious room and bathroom. The staff is helpful.

Worse experience I have in Busan, the room is so dirty, u can see cockroach and fly. No WiFi in the room! The room is so dimmed that u cannot see things clearly at night You are not allowed to adjust the room temperature No reception service at night after 9or10pm, so if you want to change a new towel or whatever you cannot reach the staff And, it is not so close to Haeundae beach
