Maybe the hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The room and hotel restaurant were a bit small.

Perfect location near Myeongdong Street and Myeongdong Station. Convenient starting point for most places such as N Seoul Tower, Shinsegae Duty Free, Namdaemun Market. An Isaac Toast and Nice to CU are right next to the hotel. Lots of restaurants, cafes and fast food nearby.

Bed is super comfy and location is right behind myeongdong street :) overall a comfy stay but space will be quite small for 3 adults and 2 big luggage

I did not like how they displayed 3 breakfast choices, but offered only 2. On one day they only had one choice to choose from until another angry customer complained that they then decided to change their breakfast choice to two.

The bedroom carpet was dirty. The cityview promised was the view of a wall and air conditionning units about two metres from our windows.

The room is slightly cramped for 3 person to stay if you have large suitcases, but it will make do if the suitcases are not fully opened.

The location is really near to the subway, about a minute walk from exit 5 of Myeongdong Station. Very near to Myeongdong street night market as well.

Only drawback is that the toilet door did not fully close, and didn't have a lock. Didn't affect the stay though.

In-house breakfast option is very limited and a bit overpriced. Not a problem though, with Isaac's Toast just outside the door and Paris Baguette just across the street (and a whole lot of other cafes and restaurants within the block).

The hotel's location is ideal, steps away from the bus stop, street markets, restaurants and convenience stores, with the biggest advantage being the proximity to the airport limousine stop, making the transfer to and from the airport a breeze. Notwithstanding the busy location, rooms were well insulated from outside and inside noise, allowing a good night's rest. Service is super efficient - probably from the brand's heritage as a leading global budget business hotel chain. Checking in and out literally took a couple of minutes. The rooms, while modest in size, were thoroughly cleaned every day.

Air conditioner control is a bit confusing. We could also smell some bad odour but not sure what it was. Room size is ok but slightly bigger is better. A bit long wait on the lift during morning times.

Great location to shops and restaurant. Isaac is next to this hotel. Staff are helpful, friendly and patient. Bathroom is good. Free coffee coupon offered to new guest is generous and thoughtful.

I have a triple room but was only provided one shower cap. Given 3 pax in the room, they should automatically provide 3 instead. The amenities are getting old. Toilet door is abit faulty. Tap Water was very milky when we tried using the hot water. One of the airport bus luggage sticker originally on my luggage ended up at the bottom of one of the pillow when I came back after a day out. Wonder how can this happened - either pillow was just threw on the floor or on the dirty luggage when room service was being performed.

The room was rather small but manageable for a solo traveller

My second time visiting Seoul and I would say this time round was so much more pleasant. Front Desk Mr Song and Ms Kim were very nice and accomodative, the room's cleanliness was excellent and location of hotel is amazing, just a few hundred meters from the train station and near myeongdong shopping street, very convenient. House keeping staff were really nice too. I was also very pleased with the fact that my luggage could be kept before check-in without any additional charges (as other hotels do charge). Will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a hotel in Seoul (especially in Myeongdong area)
