There is no shelter to the train station when it is raining. Have to travel quite a distance to Exit 1 of Myeongdong Station as Only Exit 1 have lift to bring down those big luggage. Else have to carry down via the stair at the nearest entrance to the station.

The hotel is a few station for Seoul KTX and AREX Station. Myeongdong Station is just a few steps away. Myeongdong Street Market is just behind the hotel. You can enjoy many street foods and beauty products at Myeongdong.

While there was air conditioning, it was thermostat-operated and totally switched off when it arrived at the set temperature. This is good for saving energy, but meant that the air in the room would be very still for pockets of time at night, to the point of being stuffy, before the air conditioning restarted.

The location is great, very near to a busy shopping area (Myeong Dong), but yet away from the noise. It was quiet in my room even over the weekend nights. The staff were polite and efficient - don’t expect a leisurely chat with them though (just how I like it).

What we didn't like is the fact there was no place for the suitcase. As we are on a three way trip we have two times a medium suitcase. There was no place what so ever to put it. So it's in front of the bed.

The place is located at an amazing spot. You go out, take any corner and you are in the center of where it happens. Also as its so close to the subway, very nice. Furthermore the staff is very friendly, the price is good and all in all a good stay

We could not use the last day morning breakfast coupons due to the opening hours of the restaurant clash with our flight schedule , I had asked for refund or add money to change to dinner. However, the request was rejected. This is not fair to us for the opening hours of the restaurant was not stated upon we made the purchase.

Rooms are small, and there is no good restaurant for breakfast inside the hotel.also the price a little bit high for a 3 stars hotel.

The staff were very helpful especially ( Erick /seong gon song) he was very respectful and very kind, He is a great receptionist for the hotel , also the location near to all the important places in Seoul. The housekeepers were very kind and helpful.

Property is tired and in need of a refresh . Carpet is worn and hair and stuff are stuck on the carpet. I like size of shower cubicle and water pressure is good. No need for bathtub. They also lend us umbrellas for the rainy days. They only supplied 1 bath towel even though there are 2 people staying. We have to ask for extra bath towel everyday. No view from my room even though I requested for it in advance.

Proximity of the property to Myeongdong shopping district (easy walking distance and yet away from the noise), and 2 min walk from Myeongdong subway station (stairs only no elevator ) are plusses. Size of room is acceptable for a 3 star hotel. Daily room cleaning and top up of water bottles and coffee/tea appreciated

Our room was a tiny room in the corner that had frosted windows so we could not see out. I understand there was a building quite close but I still like to see the weather each morning and I needed to exit my room to do that.

Location was amazing for first time visitors! 2 minutes from the Myeongdong exit 5 and an easy journey from the airports.
