Whole day whole night disturbing by air-con noise.

We chose this hotel because it was located near the Metro. I booked a room with room with three beds and one with a double bed and we were able to stay on the same floor. The front desk folks were super friendly. We arrived early and our check in was at 3pm. We were able to put our suitcases down and leave to grab lunch. We were informed that our room was ready at 2:30pm. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was roomy enough for three people. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very accommodating.

The room is very tight. Very little space to put our luggage. The lock in the bathroom door is not working properly. Dated interiors. Because it’s right in front of the Main Street, it can be noisy at night.

Location is great. Right next to Myeongdong shopping street and Issac’s toast if you like their food.Easy access to shopping, food and transport. Chose it because it’s near the subway entrance and day tour pick up point.

Location is superb. Excellent customer service from Mr Alex and Mr Lee, both Front Office Staff. Wonderful management led by the General Manager Ms Park Jeonghae. Room is very clean. Housekeeping does a fantastic job.

The hotel location is perfect, on the main road and right next to Myengdong market and subway which makes it easy to get around. Lots of convenience stores, bakeries and cafes in the vicinity. Staff very courteous and helpful. Access to elevator only by key card hence very safe. Rooms are spacious. Loved my stay there!

None, I liked everything! Maybe the mattress a bit too hard compared to what I am used to in Europe but (having talked to other people who visited Korea) I am pretty sure this is really common in Korea, so it's not the Hotel's fault.

Location! The Hotel is in Myeongdong, just out of the shopping streets but literally 1 minute away from it. Again, you're in Myeongdong so you've got everything you can possibly need. Next to the Hotel there is a convenience store (always handy) and so many other cafés (Starbucks, Eydia Coffe, etc...). The Myeongdong tube station is 2/3mins away from the Hotel, so that's perfect! The staff are very polite and friendly. The room has everything AND the shower is western style, so it is separated from the sink, which I was struggling to find in other hotels. My room was facing the big street BUT it was on the 6th floor so I couldn't hear the traffic (I also don't mind at all the traffic noise). If you do, maybe ask to have a room in the higher floors. Security 24h is convenient too. The hotel smells really nice throughout the floors, which is not crucial for the decision-making but definitely a positive point (especially after a long day). Our room came with breakfast and it was great! However, every morning (6 mornings), the breakfast selection was the same.

It's an excellent hotel and a great location! Good staff and facilities provided. Very central in MyeongDong and is very near a subway station. The room was very comfortable and so was the bed! Highly recommend it!

Excellent location closed to Myeongdong. Lovely and friendly staff. On the check out day, I woke up late and need one more hour to pack my stuff; when I asked staff to have one more hour, the hotel kindly allowed me to do this without charging. I so much appreciate this help. Many thanks! I will definitely come back to stay in Days Hotel!
