How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

some of staff nice and kind, but some staff are not so kind and not educated, and most of staff rarely smile and smile.

The room was really nice, quite big. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was offering a lot of choice of food (korean, english, french) and drinks.

There is an extra charge for pool access. A little out of the way but that's what we wanted.
Clean and out from the buzz of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread too!

Location was very nice across from a park and near the centrum with lots of restaurants and stores. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Personal at reception was friendly. Poolbar in the hotel was also really nice with great cocktails.

The room not spacious enough for opening luggage. The sink and shower area are without a door.
Clean comfortable room. Nice styling and room facilities. Very good breakfast, parking and city view.

Not center for main Suwon attractions, so need to drive or take public transportations.
location is quite center for restaurants and cafe. easy access to public transportations. Good if you come with the car.

Air conditioning. It took a bit long until the room became cold and comfortable. For my friend’s room, smells came out on the third night. So they let my friend change to another room.
Location is good. Very convenient to get to shops. Room is very clean.

The AC was difficult to control, making difficult to have a good sleep as it could get very noisy or hot. The Sales is quite agressive
In general, I was quite satisfied with the stay. The staff at the front desk were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. I like the breakfast selection or the building facilities itself.

Many small unconvinces everywhere in this hotel. No full screen in bathroom so difficult to shower without floor getting wet. Garbage can small and divided into 2 compartments, why not 2 normal size cans. Dirty window. Sink in room and not in bathroom. Often surprisingly long waiting for elevator. And so on… Hotel seams to be designed by drunkard.

This is a good location for Suwon; a short walk to the subway/metro. The bed was very comfortable…not too hard and not too soft. Great shower pressure and options for the hand-held shower head. My favorite part was the bidet/toilet in one!!! Great fitness room, maid service, etc. A clean and exceptional facility. The help at the front desk ordered us a taxi the day we left to take us to the Inchon airport. A very comfortable, clean and spacious KIA. Very nice. I will come here again!

Shower does not have doors and the bathroom floor gets all wet when you take a shower. If you are a Bonvoy-Marriott member, you cannot get points if you book through a travel agent or third party.
Good location if you want to be to the business center and restaurants. Far from the lake area though.

Room was bit small , no closet & no space to put our luggages. This property did not had a room to accommodate 4 people so I had to book two rooms, one for me, my husband & another for my two teenagers. I asked for the room that are joint so I have an access to the room where my boys were staying but we got rooms next to each other & it was kind of hard to go back & forth to check up on them because I had to carry key to open the door or ring the bell for the boys to open the door.
It was close to bus, subway and famous eatery . Clean room and very helpful, friendly staff . good breakfast with nice views
