Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MongoliaBreakfast was great although if I am being pedantic it would have been great to see a wider variety of fruit/veg available. The hotel has a somewhat unusual layout in that the reception area is on the 17th floor, whilst I was staying on the 10th there were some annoying elevator trips that had to be made. The gym has a couple of bikes and a small range of free weights, if more than 2 people were inside it would make for a cramped workout.
The hotel is situated perfectly in the middle of the bustling Myeongdong neighborhood. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The views from the dining room are great and the hotel maintains an overall calm ambience despite being in the middle of lively Myeongdong.

The location is so good just in the same area with Myeongdong Walking Street. The room is good with its facility. Reception team is very active and service minded. We got many helps from the reception team. Just the maid did not refill our tea and coffee for our second night stay, maybe they just forgot. Breakfast is not much selection but it is good to start the day.
