We got a room without ac and without a window and couldn't sleep the first night. After we switched a room it was much better

Room a bit wornout. Bed not the best - i woke up every time my husband moved. Difficult to lower the temp in the room. Bathroom moderatly small, but acceptable for ibis standards.

The breakfast buffet is ok for variety. However, the bread quality could be better. Coffee is not good. For the rooms, the basics are there. Would be nice to have toiletries e.g. toothbrush, a small tube of skin lotion. Travellers tend to forget to pack these essentials and checking in late at night does not leave time to buy these for immediate use. We know these items add cost but they don’t have to be expensive stuff, the toothbrush can be a disposable and the skin lotion a cheap brand.

We like the location most as it’s convenient to move around Seoul and Myeongdong itself is a happening place, with good restaurants and shopping. For the hotel, staff are polite and helpful.

The front desk staff could actually smile a bit more. They seem unenthusiastic in their work. Some flexibility should also be accorded when it comes to early check in. Tourists are usually very tired upon reaching the hotel and they have no where to go.

The location. It is very near to the train stations and the bus drop off point is just right in from of the hotel. The room was also made up well from the staff.

The carpet in the room a bit old and moist, perhaps would be better to replace it with eg wooden floor boards which make more dry. No tooth brush and tooth paste available in the bath room. The hotel recommends buying it by ourselves .

The aircon was centralised and there is nothing i can do to make the room warmer or cooler. On the 4th night of my stay, the room temperature went up to 26 degrees celsius which was ridiculous. All the other nights were at a comfortable 22 degrees. The staff couldn't explain why this was happening but they did their best to make the best of the situation by providing me a table fan. BUT that doesn't make it right that a room can get so warm. And the windows can't be opened at all, In fact, there are no windows, just glass panels where the windows should be.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right smack at Myeongdong where the shops and the night market is. I cannot stress the convenience it provides

In the room next to mine, there was a couple with children who were extremely loud. I called the desk in order to solve the issue but it lasted for many hours.

The room was big and the bed was the most comfortable. I was also right in the middle of all the important areas and was really easy to reach.

area is in close proximity of the Myeongdong shopping area, N seoul tower, Lotte Dept Store. Bus stop and train station is also near. The room we stayed at has a great view which I liked.

The location is so strategic - near the bus and train stations, the hotel is right in the smack of the fun in Myaendong with great food choices. The bed was big and comfy, i truly enjoyed the hot bath at the hotel. Ohh..! there is also coin laundry facilities with a microwave available in case you wanna heat up your food and eat while doing laundry. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I would come back for sure!
