Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeFirst time staying in Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong. Hotel is literary at myeongdong, there are many restaurants and eatery nearby. Room is quite small, we don’t hv space for our luggage. There is no coin laundry service in the hotel, we hv to go next door Hotel Skypark Myeongdong 2 to do our laundry which I find it abit inconvenient.

MaltaThe hotel feels dated and for a 4* hotel did not offer basic services such as laundry. (For transparency, I will add that a hotel from the same chain down the road offers self-laundry service, which is not very convenient).
The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes from a metro station, and for those who enjoy a bustling atmosphere, a very short distance from Myeongdong's main shopping neighbourhood. The rooms are decent and comfortable enough.

Best location in Seoul, right at the beginning of the Myeongdong shopping street. Despite the central location, our room was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any street noises! :) The staff is very polite and helpful. Cleaning everyday. We could do our laundry as well in the sister hotel right next to ours which we appreciated a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

QatarThe hotel turned off the air conditioning units while we were there so it was a bit hot while sleeping at night. The hot water in the shower took 15 minutes to heat up on one of our evenings.

SingaporeDidn't like the smoking room located at the room floors cos it made the hotel corridors smell. Also the fact that I had to move to Skypark 2 to do my laundry.
Loved the location (at one end of Myeongdong) and the ease of finding food, souvenirs. The staff were also always warm and welcoming, and they did not hesitate to render help whenever needed.
