The breakfast buffet is a good deal for the money, but the menu repeats itself every 2 days. Needs more variety. Windows need to be cleaned from the outside more often.

Excellent location in the center of Myeongdong. Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Public transportation was a 2 minute walk from hotel.

It was a shame that the free shuttle buses was cancelled during our stay. The disappointment for me during my stay was the free coffee sachets, green tea sachets and all the soaps for showers was not fully filled up every day. For a double room, there should be two shampoos, two body showers, two conditioners and two body lotion. There should have four sachets of coffees and teas in the room. It seems that the housekeeping staffs are stingy with these in the rooms. There is no iron in the room as well. The guests need to ask about everything at the receptions, which is quite annoying. Everything should be done when the housekeeping staffs were cleaning the room. The WIFI connection wasn't good either. The TV could connect sometimes but not other times.

Location was excellent. we were near to buses and metro stations. lots of places to eat. 7 eleven was opposite. very good location. room is cleaned every day. The hotel had a water refilling station.

Location is perfect, many delicious affordable local cuisine, lively street, and easy access around town. The lobby and building are impressive from the outside. Good hygiene. The room are pretty soundproof I appreciated that a lot. Cause the room in front of mine was occupied by a family but as soon as their door was closed I no longer hear the children scream. The staff at the front desk are helpful and efficient. But I was disappointed with the design of the little room and carpet that was not fresh. The mattress are either cheap or overused, not comfortable enough.

We initially were provided with a room which was smaller than expected. But the staff was able to switch us to another room which was fine.

The hotel is located perfectly in the shopping area and offers a lot of restaurant options. As a tourist, you cannot ask for more than that. Additionally, 2 metro stations are available at a walking distance.

Room Air Conditioning was very light and difficult to control. For instance it took a while to cool the room and am not sure if the AC controls had any effect whether it was set high or low (or off).

Location was excellent with easy access to Myeongdong Street Market, Taxis and subway and the rooms were clean and tidy. The elevators were efficient and lobby is welcoming. Staff assisted as needed and professional. Hotel offers lots of bottled and easy to access filtered water stations on each floor which was much appreciated during those hot days.

Each floor has a designated smoking area that smoke can leak out of. This means some floors can smell of cigarette smoke. It didn’t seem to enter the rooms though. But be aware if you’re not okay with such an environment!

The hotel should have included breakfast to every room offer.

This is the first time out of the country since COVID-19 for me! The hotel is as I expected, not too small of a room, clean and full facilities needed. The price is reasonable and affordable. The location is also very good as it is in the kinda central of the city. The main circle line subway is nearby and there are regular buses run around the area. The staff are good at their work.

Staff were very unhelpful. Even for simple requests like requesting a taxi they acted as if they were doing us a huge favour. Specifically the male desk attendants, female employees were pleasant.

Staff was polite but not very helpful. They are also not so flexible and accommodating to early check in and late check out request - even for just 30 mins difference. Also helping to call a taxi to Seoul Station - they said cannot help with calling reasonable priced local taxi. They can only call expensive international taxi.

No breakfast served opposite as advertised. My flight was delayed so I missed my connecting flight, I requested to move the dates but no one at the hotel noticed and they cancelled my first booking with a no show. This resulted in a first night payment that couldn't be undone. (They did cancel the second night so I could rebook the hotel). There are smoking rooms at the hotel floors (at least at my floor) and some of that smell does travel to other rooms. Rooms are dated but clean.

Excellent and helpful staff, clean and quiet room as requested. Great central location. DIY laundry service available. Great bed and bedding. No (partial) plastic fibres used in the bedding. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Value for money.
