Location is right in the center of Myeondong. Only 2 minutes walk from subway station. So many nice restaurant around the back, shops etc. And so close to Myeondong Night Market. Walk for 800meter to Namsan Tower too.

The WiFi signal at night is not strong in the room. Daytime is ok. Sound proofing of the room needs improvement as well. We can hear people talking and staff vacuuming early in the morning in the room so that's not ideal. The room is also not very big but for 2 people and 2 medium size luggage, it's passable.

The location and the friendliness of the staff are the best quality of this hotel.

There was no AC! Based on reviews I figured it was a seasonal thing (i.e. the AC is off during cooler seasons and on during warmer seasons) and it would be fine as I expected average spring temps, but the weather was unexpectedly very warm during my visit and my room would quickly become hot and stuffy due to lack of air circulation. I have a health condition that affects how well my body regulates temperature and causes me to become overheated very quickly, so this was definitely an issue for me. When I contacted the front desk about the AC, they were very understanding and quickly brought a fan for me to use, which helped a lot! However, despite the incredibly convenient location, I would be hesitant to stay here in the very hot summer months without first confirming whether AC is available.

The location truly can't be beat. Tons of shopping, cafes, restaurants and more nearby, and an entrance to the train station right outside the front door for super convenient travel to other areas of the city. The staff was kind and helpful; my flight got in very early in the morning and the front desk was able to hold my luggage until my room was ready, as well as during my last-minute power-shop between checking out and heading to the airport. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean, and my room was as expected with a comfortably firm bed and convenient outlets for charging my phone and laptop.

The bed is too soft which can cause back pain for long stay. The noise insulation on the street side is perfect, but noise inside the building can be easily heard even with simple door slamming.

The rooms are a bit small, but the bed was comfortable. I could hear the neighbours talking though which was annoying in the middle of the night, but maybe they were just particularly loud guests.

The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room cleaning was efficient and did their job well.

The hotel is strategically located. Near the shopping district of Myeongdong and subway exit is right in front of the main entrance.

Our room is in the middle part of hotel. It’s very hot because there’s no window and no air-con. They give us a little fan after our request, then it’s better.

The location is good, the mrt station is just down floor. It is near to the shopping area, very convenient. The breakfast is nice, several choice.
