Only one thing, the rooms were a bit small, but that will not deter me from booking another stay at this property.

The location was ideal as the subway entrance were just steps from the front entrance of the hotel. A taxi stand was also conveniently located just a few feet way and made it easy to get a ride. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. One more thing, when you step onto the floor for your room, the hallway smells amazing. I would love to know what they use. It made my experience at the property so relaxing.

That the eating area was at basement 2 with no windows. Our room had a small window facing a building. But then again we seldom stayed inside the room except to sleep.

Location! Location! Location! Booked a quad room and it was very comfortable for us with 2 baths (a toilet with bathtub and a separate shower). 7-11 beside it. Accessible through airport limousine and Metro Myeongdong exit 9 at its doorstep. Lots of eateries and coffee shops nearby. Daisy and Music Korea across the street and kpop stores around the corner. Receptionists are very helpful (specially when helping with your tour bookings) and spoke good English.

The pillow is very thin and stiff. The bed is also a bit stiff.

The room is rather small, feels like a cramped space for a family. But the toilet was good, comes with a bath tub.

Its location, which is right in front of the Myeongdong subway, and the airport bus, just across the road to the Seoul City Bus Tour stop2, walking distance to the Myeongdong shopping area, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Not sure if staff is reluctant to make recommendations or they are not allowed to but sometimes if you ask them if there's so and so establishment (example foot massage place), they will answer they don't know if there are any in the vicinity of the hotel.

location is perfect. there's subway exit in front of the hotel and the airport shuttle (6015 and 6001) about 50 meters walk only. Myeongdong is a quick walk away, whether for beauty products, street food or regular restaurants. Room is clean. Coin laundry very convenient. Hotel will keep your luggage for a while if you have to check out early. Convenience store beside the hotel.

People in the hallway might be a bit loud depends on your luck. Get some earplugs will help a lot.

Nothing really.

Super, super convenient location as hotel is just in front of Exit 9 of the Myeongdong Subway Station if you're coming from the subway. Airport Limousine bus stop is also close by. Can't get any more convenient! Main tourist and shopping street is short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Paid breakfast buffet next to lobby is has a lot of options.

- The lighting of the room is not very bright, a bit difficult to do make-up in the room

- We stayed in the Triple Room - it was clean and good for three persons space-wise - Bathroom is modern and clean - there is a main bathroom (bath + toilet + basin) and a secondary one (with a shower only) - Friendly staff - Location: close to Myeongdong, convenient for shopping + there is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel

TV is small, but is ok with me. Does not provide reusable cup.

I like it's centralized location, metro station just in front. Daiso is opposite. The staff were friendly, even though I do not understand Korean, we understand each other through hand gestures.

Carpet. Room has a bit of damp smell. Wardrobe hanging space for a room of 4 pax too little.

Location is good. Next to Myeongdong shopping street, eateries & train station. Coin laundry Washer & dryer looks new. Staff were helpful.

The Wifi was not the best. It was not very reliable and would have to connect to my hotspot instead. The rooms were a bit small, especially if traveling in group. There was barely any space to put our luggage.

The room is very small, smelt a bit like cigarette, tiny window which opens to a wall of an adjacent building. Hotel is a bit outdated. Overall a decent 3 star place but probably better to stay a little bit away from myeong dong in a larger and nicer accommodation.

Good location at the hub of myeong dong and metro entrance at front, lots of good restaurants nearby. Convenience store downstairs and large clean washer (4000won) and dryer (4000won). Clean bathroom and good shower pressure. Friendly staff and room towels updated daily. Water provided daily.

We were given a room without a window but not really a massive issue. Room is small in size too so not ideal if you got massive luggage.

Room is small especially with big luggages and we are not allow to change the room type though is 5 days prior to check in.

Close to airport bus 6015 which stopped a few steps from the hotel. Water dispenser at every level is convenient. Coin managed washing machine is convenient. Water closest with warm seat cover. Staff are friendly and courteuos.

Hotel is centrally located just outside Myeongdong metro station exit. Clean room with great shower. If we had stayed longer, room could haveen a bit bigger. Really good breakfast.

Walk in shower is better instead of bath tub which is very inconvenience for the old folks.

The location is very near to many amenities and eatery. Value for money. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job in keeping the room very clean, tidy and neat on a daily manner. They are attentive to details.

They ask you to rate them via tripadvisor so you can get free 1 hour late check out.

A really good location for tourists. Right infront of the subway. I booked this last minute and i gave a high rating because of its price. I only stayed for one night hence the experience was acceptable but i would definitely consider another hotel if its more than 1-2 nights. The staff was nice to answer queries.
