The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely and the location is superb! We absolutely loved it, and highly recommend the hotel to other tourists. We stayed there twice, for 6 nights upon arriving Korea and for 2 nights before going home. Both stays were wonderful.

Nothing, everything at the hotel was perfect for me. Next time, I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is close to all the shopping and transportation. The staff are very helpful and provide assistance when you ask for help. Everything is clean, and the best part is that there is a laundry facility available where you can wash and dry your own clothes. It is not expensive and easy to follow instructions.

There was nothing I disliked about the property, it was all great for us.

The hotel was literally 2 steps from the subway exit which was absolutely brilliant as we had super long days travelling around Seoul and just wanted a close by hotel to get to and crash for the night! Everything was super clean and tidy, air con in rooms and the lobby were brilliant during the hot days too. The 7/11 right next door was great and super efficient to grab breakfast to go! Plus the noodle place next door was great and the staff member there was so helpful to my friend and I too. The staff we spoke to in the hotel were brilliant as well. Their English was great and we had no issues communicating with them. I’m so happy we booked this hotel as everything was so smooth and easy to do from start to finish! I will defos be booking here again for my next Seoul trip!

The worst thing: a lot of rooms don’t have daylight windows to the outside. They only have fake windows facing a fake plant. That’s not how it’s described here Even though we asked several weeks in advance for a wheelchair accessible room there was not a wheelchair accessible room when we arrived. After a discussion with the front desk they have us a „suite“ for the first night, which was not suitable for our needs. The wheelchair accessible room we got starting the second night was ok for a manual operated wheelchair, but didn’t work with the electric one (too narrow).

Perfect location. Couldn't be better, you go out of the metro station and the hotel is just maybe 50 metres from the station! The staff was really nice and helpful as well! If you want to visit the very centre of Seoul, that's the right place!

other than the front stairs. (a lot of walking during most of the day. so finally being able to get back to the hotel and thinking you’re done. only to be heartbroken by the small steps leading up to the main entrance. my legs were hurting walking up those 7-8steps)

it’s close proximity to different transportation option to go any where. cab, train, bus. convenience to a-lot of eateries, stores, money exchanges.

It was a great hotel. It was clean and the location of the hotel was very nice. The employees were very polite. Especially Suyeon Paek took very good care of us. Thank you very much to her. They no longer provide a complimentary breakfast. The policy was changed after our booking. Street vendor breakfast was cheap and just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Close to the market and just feet away from Line 4, that can take you anywhere in Seoul. The staff was awesome. They spoke English enough to provide us with directors and answer our questions.
