Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Germany- kids water park could open longer - some service people are running around without a smile for hours. Even some management service staff. This was a bit strange to us, because they should be a good example to their staff. But knowing difficulties are everywhere, we understand that this is a steady task and challenge in any hotel environment. To be clear: 95% of the staff was extremely polite and friendly, we were very very happy - smelly room for first night (moisture), but they gave us a good room for the next days.
Wonderful and exeptionally well managed hotel. Very good also the water sport on the beach included in the price. All was perfect, this hotel understands to make a vacation perfect. Absolutely great!

LuxembourgThe hotel should have adult only pool. The number of families with small kids was overwhelming - not possible to swim In any of the pools during the day. Food in all restaurants was overpriced and very average. The policy on booking chairs on the beach was ridiculous!
We loved the location - right on the beach; beautiful interior design of the hotel; clean less and comfort; staff working in the hotel was phenomenal - best we ever had- very friendly; professional and relaxed. The hotel staff makes the ambiance at the hotel Perfect!

SwitzerlandAlthough the guest service is excellent, a little bit more customer privacy would be appreciated. In other words, no need to ask multiple times if we need something else.
The best hotel on the island but also the most expensive. The rooms are wonderful, lots of space and comfort. The hotel is located on the famous Seven Mile Beach and has also two nice swimming pools. The food at the restaurants is fantastic, we especially liked the Saint June. Hotel and restaurant employees are pampering you and always here to help you feel well.
