The only reason I am giving 9 out of 10 is because the reception guy doesn' speak Qazaq language. At least he should have greeted us in Qazaq language. It is not Russia

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was exceptionally welcoming, greeting us with a warm chocolate chip cookie—the best I’ve ever had, without a doubt. The room was clean and spacious enough to feel comfortable. The location is perfect, situated right across from Abay Park and conveniently close to shopping malls and other attractions.

This is a decent solution in Shymkent as this city has a poor offer. Nothing to complain about this Hotel. Staff is gentle and very attentive

The only thing that was inappropriate is the hotel policy has two types of rooms, one with breakfast and the other does not include breakfast. Managers should find out some ways how to make the equality among guests

The property is very good, but I wouldn't call it refined. AC is a bit quirky (though eventually it worked ok), and perhaps a few other minor imperfections. I once ordered food to my room, and they forgot about it. Having said that, this is a good hotel, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel has a pool, sauna and a gym. All of which are very adequate for a stay of up to several days. Breakfast is very good, with a good variety of food. This hotel is an amazing value for money.

As such, the gym. It is broken and probably in the same condition for last couple of years or more.

Good clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast, fast internet and a nice restaurant menu. Have stayed in the property a few times earlier as well and there has been no unpleasant surprises. The location in particular is good if you like a quiet location.

The suite was cold and the heating system didn't work at all so they gave us 2 heat pumps which did the trick but at night time was a little noisy :)

the location was perfect for us as my daughter was playing in tennis tournament and it was 2 min away. The rooms were perfectly clean. They had a swimming pool which was a huge bonus.

Air conditioning was not properly working, so it was necessary to keep the window open to cool down the room. Breakfast was expensive and not totally worth the money. Both rooms and breakfasts must be paid in advance, showing no trust in client

Rooms are nice, clean, welle equipped. Bed is comfortable, bath tub very appreciated. Presence of ironing table in room is a big plus. Spa and swimming pool are good.

It's not exactly in the town centre but very close to it

The location was a bit far from the center (around 2km), but the view from the windows was good, moreover, rooms are a bit small comparing with other hotel at the same prices. Actually, we were relying on swimming pool and SPA, but diring my stay objects were out of service, so i was a but upset about it, The hotel could price down a bit due to maintenance work in swimming pool and SPA
