Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicNice and calm place, great view from the balcony. Be prepared for veeery hilly driving :) Close to Castries and the north part of the island as well as the highway to the east. Very kind and communicative hosts, ready to help anytime. The appartment is very comfortable, with all necessary equipment, the images corresponds the reality. Definitely recommend this place.

I also asked for a „wake-up” call, just in case I miss Heard the alarm, the Owner was on time. I appreciate the care. The place: nice, quite, cozy, magnificent view from the balkony.

Upon arrival we arrived later than we had hoped and all the take away places were closed, but our host make us burger and chips which was an amazing gesture of kindness because she didn’t have to. If we were in a hotel we wouldn’t have had this option, so my friend and I will be forever grateful. Our host checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were ok and safe. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The shower had constant hot water, and the bathroom facilities were fully functional. We had air con plus a fan in the room which was great because sometimes you may want something cooler. The rooms were a nice size, the bedding was clean and the bed itself was comfortable . Everything in the kitchen was fully functional and the tv channels worked. We did not experience any problems at all during our stay in the property. We would recommend this apartment to everyone.
