If your looking for an affordable comfortable place in the heart of hiri look no further! Run by a friendly family, we loved our stay here, just a little walk away from the main drag it was far enough away to be quiet but close enough to enjoy the local amenities, the room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the countryside. Perfect accom for us!

Being super picky, a great allround stay however we weren’t aware there was stairs to climb with our suitcases, and the towels were very thin, otherwise nothing!

Cute family run business, very affordable, air con available, clean rooms, can purchase water bottles onsite.

Such a wonderful stay here. We ended up staying for 3 weeks. It’s owned by a lovely family that give their full heart to the place. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the host is so nice and respectful. There is a small kitchen where you can cool, and tables to sit at. It’s very conveniently located, a short walk from Hiriketiya beach and from Dikwella alike. Such good value for money. You can book this place with your eyes closed, it’s wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at B&B charm. It's super clean and comfortable. We had great balcony. The family are warm and welcoming. The location could not be better 7 minutes in one direction to busy heritekeya beach and 7 minutes in the other to Dickwella beach and town..a genuinely great location for seeing local life and tourist life! Whilst we were there there local 'jungle' dogs were very vocal at night! So definitely stay here, there's nothing not to love .. but either drink plenty of arrack or take some ear plugs for the night time ☺️☺️ .. also get up early and watch the wildlife in the neighborhood ..

The location is very convenient, away from the busy nightlife but walkable to everything. The room is clean and good. But the key point is that Suraj (and his family also) is a great host. We had a medical emergency and he quickly drove us to the doctor and pharmacy at night without hesitation and was very helpful.

This place was spotless! Super clean room and bathroom, nice big beds, AC, lots of outlets, lots of lights (which I personally like) really good area close to Hiriketiya and Dickwella Beach, hosts where super nice. I wanted to stay longer but it was booked out. The host drove me to my new place with his TukTuk accompanied by his adorable little son. I really liked this place and would recommend it. Also nice and quiet at night but not to far away from bars and restaurants.

It was a very simple little property, very clean and in the perfect location between Dickwella beach and Hiriketiya beach. We enjoyed our stay here. Hiriketiya has been our favorite beach town on the south cost to visit!

Everything was great.

The property was in a great location just a short walk from town. The owners were very welcoming and kind and the room was spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and decent shower! As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here and would definitely stay again.

- no hot water though this is pretty common - no A/C so did get a little hot at times but the fan helped with this - the washing machine is currently broken so if this is some you want, perhaps check before booking if it is working. We instead paid for washing to be done for us by the owners which was done quickly and reasonably priced so all worked out well.

- big spacious rooms - mosquito net provided - easy check in and check out - great location between the two beaches - Hiriketiya and Dickwella - fan in the room

Can't fault anything.

Nice clean room with excellent facilities, good location (not far from the beach) and really good value for money in Hiri - would highly recommend. The owner and his family made us feel very welcome and were always on hand to help us if we needed it. Property is kept very clean and the facilities in the room and shared kitchen are exactly what you need. It's a very chilled out place and the perfect place to stay.

No hot water in the showers but this is similar in most places in Sri Lanka so it’s not a big deal.

This was probably the best place we stayed in when travelling Sri Lanka. It’s all very modern and new. Our room was lovely and spacious and we felt the fan was more than enough to keep cool. Everything was spotless and the hosts seemed nice .

Very friendly house keeper, that helped me with all my requests and cooked amazing dinners. Room was clean and had a nice ambiance. Close to the ocean and train station.

Great location - between city Dickwella and Hiriketiya Beach. Room is easy to air. There is a table with chair on the small porch - there is a place to sit in the evening. We really felt relaxed there.

Very nice and clean room. Pretty big bathroom too. The location is amazing, only one street to the beach and you can reach it in 7 minutes. It's close to everything you'll need. The owners are very nice, sweet and helpfull! Instead of 3 nights we stayed for 5 nights. Amazing place!

Spacious room, big bed, and nice balcony! Very very clean and well kept B&B. An easy 10 minute walk to Hiriketiya beach and many restaurants. Would recommend!
