Very new and modern hotel only a 10 Minute drive to the Airport. Clean big rooms and a Pool in the Common Area. They organized an Airport Taxi and gave us a breakfast bag. Can highly recommend when you arrive late in Sri Lanka or leave early in the morning to the airport for short distance!

Exceptional! We chose this place because it was close to the airport but given the excellent standard of accommodation and overall service I would certainly recommend it if you're planning on a fe days in Negombo. The property was finished in January so, as one would expect, it's in pristine condition. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and everything is immaculately clean. The overall 'feel' of the place is lovely, a relaxed atmosphere which is reflective of the contemporary design. There's a lovely open plan seating area and a garden with a small swimming pool to add to the vibe. Food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. BOOK IT NOW as there are only 10 rooms.

The breakfast could be a little more diverse, but can’t complain for this price.

Very clean, comfortable beds with mosquito net, good location close to the airport. Getting around town is easy with the tuktuk taxi’s. The swimming pool was a nice extra. Great value for money and perfect for the first or last night in Sri Lanka.

The fan/air con was a little bit noisy which made it hard to sleep unless it was off.

You can tell it’s new because the staff is unexperienced and not so professional and don’t speak very well English. But something they can learn or approve. Breakfast would have been nice to have option Sri Lankan breakfast. Closet in the room has no clothing hangers and something to hang / dry clothes on would have been nice. Pool towels in the room would also be nice. The room on the main floor is not very peaceful since you hear a lot of the noise from the pool, terrace / restaurant. There were a few ants on the bed. But still we’d recommend to stay here, the rooms are beautiful.

We stayed here 2 times during our month in Sri Lanka. The rooms are new and beautiful. Very spaceous and with a big bathroom and comfortable beds. But we’d recommend for a room on the first or second floor.

There were a few things we felt, while minor, could really enhance the experience. The lighting is very dim, especially in the hallways, your room, and bathroom. More light would make it safer and easier for us to see. A chair on the balcony and inside the room to sit on. Hangers inside the closet to hang your jackets and clothes. Labels on the shampoo and body wash containers so we know what is what. Instructions on how to call the front desk from the room so we don't have to go up and down the stairs to ask for something. Offering conditioner. Lastly, the food takes a while to come out. While it's nice that it's freshly made, it would be good to order ahead of time.

The design and aesthetic was really nice. It had a very modern feel, with beautiful decor in the room and around the property. It's really close to the airport, a 20-25 minute ride away. The property is clean and conveniently has a restaurant attached to it which sells pizza from a brick oven on the property 😮. There is parking there if you have a car. There is also a cute dog there.

Absolutely recommended. Excellent nice clean small garden hotel. Exceeded my expectations! Very new. Around the airport. Perfect for start or end of a round trip. Would have liked to stay longer. Super friendly to our Baby Clara. That is an extra bonus, and even a baby bed 🙏 thank you so much!!!

Not really a problem for us, but I think because the place is so new there are some things that haven't been put in yet - like a place to hang towels in the bathroom, and a rod/hangers in the wardrobe. We requested a room with "pool view", which we did receive, although the room was on the ground floor at pool level so we needed to keep our curtains closed the entire time so as not to become the main attraction for anyone in the bar or pool area (!) Really not a big deal, though, we were mostly amused.

The hotel is obviously very new and beautifully done. Very design-y public spaces and rooms (in a good way). Check-in was very easy, and the on-site restaurant looked good, although we didn't eat there. Plunge pool very tempting on a hot day. Free breakfast of eggs, fruit, toast and sausage was appreciated, and the price was more than reasonable. Good proximity to the airport (note that it was much cheaper to call an Uber than to use the service provided by the hotel). Overall I'd definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bohemian Nest,I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's modern architecture and small pool created a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was the biggest room in the BNs and beds were super comfortable but linen could have been little bit more cleaner but it was a spacious room. I have tried their few dishes some were good some were below the avarage. We were offered free basic continental breakfast and fruit platter even after breakfast hours so KUDOS :)) right before my check out and it was yumm' :) Suggestion - It would be nicer if locals were treated with the same warmth and hospitality as tourists. Sometimes, locals can feel overlooked or undervalued" *Overall Experience:* I would highly recommend very new Bohemien Nest to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Negombo ( not beach front ). The hotel's excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location make it an ideal choice for leisure travelers or even for staycations.

Everything was fantastic. This was my second stay at Bohemian Nest. After my first visit, I suggested on Booking that adding sunbeds by the pool would be a great touch. When I returned just a week later, they had added bean bag loungers ❤️. The staff is wonderful, and the space is very spacious. Definitely would recommend this place

The only fault was the breakfast. I’m vegan and wasn’t asked what I’d like to eat, we were just given eggs and sausages. It would be nice to have a choice of breakfast including Sri Lankan breakfast as an option.

Really comfy beds and pillows. Thick blinds so the rooms were nice and dark at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to prepare vegetable curry and rice for us even though it wasn’t on the menu. Good little hotel near the airport.

The Bohemian Nest hotel management was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. This newly opened hotel, just about a month old, is conveniently located a short 10-15 minute drive from Colombo Airport. The property features a pool, newly renovated rooms, and a modern exterior that gives off a luxurious vibe. Our room was quiet, peaceful, and ideal for couples or adults looking for a relaxing stay. Although we only stayed for one night and didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood, we enjoyed a meal at the hotel’s restaurant, which was more than satisfying. We highly recommend trying the salad, burger, and pizza—they were delicious! The management was attentive and quick to address any concerns we had. They even went out of their way to prepare breakfast for us before our early morning flight, which was greatly appreciated. For anyone looking for a comfortable place to unwind before or after a flight near Colombo Airport—or just in general—the Bohemian Nest is exactly as it appears in the photos and descriptions. The management truly goes above and beyond, especially for the price of the stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to others.
