The hotel was acceptable regarding the price and the location (downtown Colombo) near the business area.

Almost no hot water from the shower, staff arriving in the rooms with guest through the middle of the night and not really mindful about other people sleeping

Amazingly friendly staff. A nice little kitchenette on ground floor to make tea or coffee. And very close - about 10 min walk - to the Forte Train Station. Wi-Fi was goo and room - mine a double - was a good size and very clean.

There was no soap/shampoo in the showers

Great place to stay in Colombo, the staff is super nice and helpful, the beds are clean with electrical plugs and lamps, bathrooms are spacious and clean. Location is good, close to everything.

The bathrooms probably need to be checked more than once a day with the high volume of people.

The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. The lobby area, with all of its couches is a comfortable place to hang out. It is well located, most sights within walking distance and good value for money. For the most part, clean and well maintained.

It was just a basic room - kinda pricey for Sri Lanka but perhaps the norm for a convenient location in Colombo

We spent one night here, the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel, it is close to the train station and many of the most popular areas in Colombo that you can reach by foot or by tuk-tuk.

It was perfect for one night in Colombo. The stuff was very friendly and they offered free coffee and tea.

Unfortunately, the room felt a little bit tight as the "balcony" was not really a balcony and the windows wouldn't open. There was mold in the room as well as in the showers and bathroom. As a consequence, there was a damp smell everywhere. We are aware this is common in Sri Lanka, however we've had other accommodations during our trip that did not have mold.

Great location, very close to Colombo Fort railway station which is why we chose this accommodation in the first place. Close to restaurants and other shops as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee available. Nice common area/lounge.

There was a strong noise of a building under construction right next door during the whole night. I could barely sleep.

Nice place to stay here for a couple days or more. Very clean and calm place with a good staff. The service guys were really helpful. I left my earpods and they called me a few minutes after I left the hotel and returned them. There is a grocery shop nearby and many restaurants not so far as well. It was easy to get to any interesting place from here. The apartment was also clean with a small fridge with a few bottles of water. If you need a hairdryer just ask at the reception desk and they will give it

Location was great. Restaurants, banks, rail and bus stations close by. Helpful and friendly staff. Tea and coffee with milk were available all day as well as a fridge, microwave and kettle. Water could be boiled so no need to buy plastic water bottles- travel with a thermos.

No hair dryer in the room, and the rooms are average no balcony or fridge, the bathroom is good though. I would go to the same hotel if I would come back to SriLanka

We stayed at C1 on our last day before going back home and it was perfect for us, the location is 10 minutes from the railway and to Pettah market. They arranged shuttle to airport for us, because we had to an early flight and couldn't catch the express buses.

It is the Fort area of Colombo where it is less busy. And in a few minutes walk you will find a cafe and bar as well as a supermarket. The staff are friendly and are ready to assist you if need anything.
