We had an amazing stay. Extraordinary suite with incredible bathroom, including the shower and the baththub. The view of the two rocks is a cherry on top of the cake. The staff was super helpful and adjustable to every choice that we had during our stay. The breakfast and the dinner were both amazing. You need to try all of their juices. Totally recommend it!

The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, which was a bit uncomfortable.

A quiet and serene place with breathtaking views—watching the sunrise from the room is worth every penny. The breakfast was beyond amazing, the room was spacious and airy, and the staff was always warm and welcoming. This hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommended!

The Swimming Pool was Spectacular, the view is really amazing, really peaceful and beautiful views. The Restaurant from breakfast and dinner was delicious, we stay 3 days and I love the food, highly recommend. The staff was really kind, and helpful we enjoyed the stay really recommended and we'll stay again. we hire a driver for a week and make all tours with him which take us to lot of places and arranged all for Us, was really helpful and highly recommended knowledgeable and kind person that can arrange and pick-up & drop-off at the hotel Shantha Driver (tourist guide) +94-773846494. Everything- it was a great location - tuk tuk ride from everything. Very spacious room, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a bath. Great view from room too and all basic amenities. WiFi good and fridge, air con all work. Felt very safe. Restaurant had a good menu and reasonably priced.

As it's in a rice field, there were mosquitoes in the restaurant area but only in the evening. No mosquitoes in the rooms (as long as you kept the window closed at night of course). We chose to have in room dinner service the second night and had no problems. A/C unit was very noisy, but we only used it one night, the fan was enough the second night.

Brand new (actually still being renovated as we were there) and very clean. The location was quiet but easy for exploring the area. Beautiful pool with a view, great food for breakfast and dinner. Several kid friendly options and even special meal requests were granted. Kind and helpful staff.. Spacious rooms and beds. Very large bathroom with shower and separate tub. Good WiFi.

We only saw on the last day that they have food and drinks to offer, maybe promote it a little more, some juice or water since the hotel is quite outside and we would have loved to buy something at the hotel.

This was one of our favorites of our Sri Lanka trip. It’s quite new and the staff is always on site. Communication can be easily done via what’s app. And late check in wasn’t a problem. Breakfast is simple but yet has everything from sweet pancakes to freshly made omlettes via a chef in the food hall. It’s quite outside of the city in the fields so it’s very calm and relaxing. The pool is beautiful and the bathroom BIG! AC worked perfectly.

The breakfast left some to be desired, but no more than any other hotel I stayed at in the area.

Wow. You absolutely cannot beat the view of this hotel. The sunrise here, facing Sigiriya rock, was incredible. I woke up early every morning to watch from my private balcony or from the pool. You will spend so much time looking at this view. If you eat at the hotel (second floor), you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view for breakfast or dinner. I also really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day at the safari. It got really hot, but there were nice beds to lay out on and parasols. The rooms and bathrooms are also really, really large!

I was initially placed in a room under the kids’ playroom, which was extremely noisy. However, when I requested a change, the staff accommodated my request without any issues. The breakfast was very basic.

Beautiful hotel. Sunrise feels magical as our room was facing the padi fields and Lions Rock and the perfect place to watch the sunrise. So quiet. All you can hear are the peacocks, birds. The hotel staff were great and really helpful. The pool was really clean and just the right size. Though a bit cold.

Our bed was always cracking, so when you move during the night, the sounds wake you and your partner up. There are also a lot of mosquitos and in the ceiling, we had at least 10 spiders, beware of that. Also, the hotel is quite in the middle of nowhere, which is the best in my opinion, but also means that you need a tuk-tuk or a car to reach the nearest part of the town if you want to eat outside of the hotel.

The views are fantastic and super relaxing. The balcony is a top feature of this hotel. Also, their staff and the breakfast, lunches, and dinners were really good. All in all, a wonderful hotel if you want to relax.

Nothing. It was lovely. Make sure your tuk tuk driver knows were he is going when you come home from town. Our driver got lost and we had a very funny time trying to Google maps him to the right place! 😅

A stunning hotel set a little way from the town, this hotel was the best we have stayed in so far on our trip. The staff were attentive and the rooms were large and airy. The surrounding rice fields were a fabulous back drop, with Sigirya visible on the horizon.
