the room was a little bit small for us but not something that Intolerable also i did not like that the price for transportation is almost double from the real price!!

The Hotel is lovely, clean and well located. The infinity pool with the sunset is probably the best part of the hotel. The staff is good and very helpful.

Furniture is slightly used, but acceptable.

Very well located hotel to reach most important sights walking or by short tuk-tuk rides. Nice pool on 26th floor. Special thanks go to Dananjaya (housekeeping) and Upendro Uziel (reception).

Maim restaurant is a buffet and there is a limited alternative menu at the cafe and the bar (same menu) but if you didn't want buffet, sandwich or burger type food you'd have to go out. 3 lifts for 26 story building meant you can't ever get in and out particularly quickly - not a disaster but something to bear in mind.

The view from the roof and the rooftop pool are truly excellent and why I chose the property. To the west you have the sea, and the other views are of the city, with a particularly excellent view ti the North over the lake and the TV tower. Bed was huge and comfortable, and room was quiet and a good size with a desk if needed, the shower was excellent.

one of our card wasn’t supported by restaurant but was supported at reception so we have to use another payment method. I think it is generally true about Sri Lanka. Just have various additional options for paying - cash, different cards because it was different in each place.

the rooms are comfortable, the food is great, the staff is nice and helpful. the hotel is in walking distance to some of main sightseeing. there is a supermarket near and some ATMs if needed.

Cost of food and drink

The rooms were big, very comfortable, expensive food and drinks but the roof top pool makes up for it. Overall really enjoyed the stay here and the hotel was good enough to give us a late check out which was great. We had a nice lake view room with a great view.

No room service. No pool service. Staff not very inviting. Gives more preference to Caucasian. Ordered Fries from the roof top bar too ages to come

There was excessive humidity in the air

Nice room. Very good breakfast with a large selection of food. Good coffee. The spaces on the roof where there is a pool and bar are beautiful and the views are exceptional - especially at night.

The 5-10mins (was even more at the last stay) wait at the checkout for the staff to check on the room we stayed at was a bit too long.

Main reason is that the rooms could be made pitch dark or brightened up as we pleased. Most 5-star hotel rooms we've been to were all somewhat too bright even with all the windows & curtains closed.

Very poor and slow check in and check out which was not ideal after a long journey.

Great view from room which was cosy and comfortable. Bottled water provided. Excellent rooftop infinity pool with super 360 view. Rooftop bar and fast food provided which was very good quality and good service. Large buffet breakfast with show cooking.

The size of the room was very good. The room, and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and the view from the room was beautiful, especially at dusk.

Gorgeous pool and outdoor space. Friendly and welcoming staff, who made me feel comfortable. Only there for one night but would choose this again if I return to Colombo. Everything was perfect.
