My son travelled alone and left a very expensive ring there by mistake when he checked out. The staff were exceptionally good to return the ring immediately. It left me spellbound. God bless them.

I was here a couple of weeks before and rebooked because of convenience, location, gym, swimming pool etc. Nice staff, I can't remember all their names, but absolutely everyone was nice. I liked having access to the gym for a morning workout. Location is good, a short walk from nearby restaurants and shopping malls. A supermarket is just across the road. Strong wifi, which was important for me as I was working. Reception staff were helpful in helping me print off a PPT presentation for an event.

It would be nice to have some non-dairy milk at breakfast. I ordered a burger and fries from room service and the fries were horrible and soggy and looked like fast food fries. The burger wasn’t good.

Everything was clean and the people working there were all nice and kind! The breakfast was also really good. It was very nice of them to let me check in early and check out late. People that like to do their makeup, the bathroom was perfect because it contained a small vanity mirror. Huge counter space to put stuff on. Shower was AMAZING and huge! The pool was beautiful and the water felt incredible!

If all the staff were like Anton and Prabhat, I would have given a 10/10 rating but because they weren't, this place loses a star.

I want to give a special thanks to Prabhat and Anton for making the stay special! Both were super caring, polite, professional and really helpful. The management should be proud to have them as team members. They stood out above all the other staff and I could tell they have a passion for providing great customer service (note that not all the staff are like this). On another note, the infinity pool and loungers are superb. I also like that they provide early check-in and late check-on subject to availability at no extra cost.

Nice hotel, good location, comfortable room. All staff were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Good facilities: gym, swimming pool etc. Strong wifi, which was important for me as I needed to work a little bit.

Room is very little.

It was so pleasant and nice atmosphere in the hotel premises. I was feeling wonderful but not much budget friendly. Room inside is little/narrow but nice ambiance though i was stayed at level 24. It is very closed to the Colombo City Center, independent square, Galle beach Road and all the elite areas are nearby.

Location, staff and facilities, from reception to room service all of them were good. Great view form the hotel room, infinity pool and I love the night view.😍 facilities and the service provided by the staff was superb. 👏 we didn’t want to leave but definitely, be coming back!
