Very comfortable room and bed, very helpful staff. Great water pressure in shower. We were on the 18th floor so had very expansive views of Colombo.

Breakfast is very much dominated with local food, with same fruits every day and not very fresh. Restaurant and snack Bar closes at 10pm so there is no way to get a midnight snack or late dinner. I had a departing flight at night but no late checkouts were available. With very few seats at the reception I had no place to sit and wait after checkout.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly but did not have the x factor. There are nearby shops which was convenient. Hotel was easily identifiable by the cab drivers. There is security at the entrance which I felt being looked after.

There is a firealarm in the room which blinks very bright and almost hysterical every few seconds. Also the AC is extremely loud. Breakfast is ok, but probably more for locals, especially as everything is very spicy

Comfortable Beds, spacious bathrooms, very clean. Good shower Nice rooftop bar with beautyful view and great infinity-pool There is a very lovely TukTul Driver right in front of the Hotel, called Faizer. He's great and he also does interesting TukTul Tours to discover Colombo

Really good hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds, nice view on the city, amazing swimming pool and very good breakfast. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Next time in Colombo we definitely choose this hotel for our stay!

I liked everything, but I thought they should keep slippers in the room because half of it has no Carpet. I even had to ask for Tooth Brush Kit by calling. rest all was up to the mark.

Small things like no usb plug bases and missing safety handrail in the shower. But what am I talking about …

Rooms are nicely designed. The beautiful furniture and amenities are perfectly arranged with lots of storage space and plenty plug points for all electronics you have brought. Stylish and practical desk with good ergonomic chair. What to say more. This room I rate certainly 4+ stars. Same rate for the bathroom. We were in room 1403. Roof top bar and pool are the right place to spend some time and relax with stunning views. They serve some good food as well.

Usually in this price range , you can get similar hotels in around fort area that also offer breakfast. Taxes are quite high, we stayed in 4-5 star hotels in Colombo, Kandy and Nuwara that had taxes included and also provided breakfast around the same price point. Staff are friendly but they insist on charging upfront for both nights that too in the USD whereas in other hotels we paid in LKR that too at checkout. So it felt a bit weird.
