The parking is a bit tough if you have a vehicle as it is on somewhat of a hillside. Parking being tough is pretty normal in Sri Lanka though. During our stay there was only one other car there so it was fine but if there were several cars there I could see it being an issue.

The location is great as it is right in the middle of Kandy. You can easily walk to the Temple of the Tooth and other attractions and restaurants. Room was spacious and had a nice view facing the lake and the temple. The included breakfast was great as well.

The WiFi and hot water were not always stable but other than that the say was good.

Perfect location walking distance to Kandy city center with a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms have been newly renovated and have everything you need.

The showers must be driven by some sort of pump which sometimes means you get a thrust of hot water followed by a thrust of cold instead of a steady flow of warm water. It wasn’t a huge problem however - many of the places we have stayed in Sri Lanka don’t even have hot water!

Location is right near the lake, so close to the City for shopping and restaurants. The staff were lovely and the rooms were exceptional

We didn’t realise the hotel was dry but it was okay as we were able to walk a short distance into the town.

The view was excellent. It was a short walk to the town. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

On 2 days we were there, they had a fixed beakfast on one day that was really very nice with exactly that what you want. The day two was a buffet which was quite a meager choice and the should be Hot foods were all cold. The Staff in the breakfast room were a Little lost.

The internet was quite poor and took over 2 hours to get the staff to reset the router, which allowed at least basic level. The breakfast staff was kind but very inexperienced. There command of English was poor and they had no real clue about the content of the different breakfasts offered on the menu.

Perfect location, directly on the lake virtually opposite of the temple of the tooth, which is thus only 5 to 10 minute walk away along the bank of the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gaps around the terrace door that allowed the traffic noise during rush hour to be very loud in the room, were closed by masking tape to lower the intensity to acceptable level. The suite was huge in size.

Hot water took a long time to come through, but otherwise this was a good stay.

The location was great, just a short stroll around the lake to the centre of town. The rooms were very modern and clean, very comfortable and with a nice little balcony overlooking the lake (though the trees). Staff were nice, and after arriving hot and sweaty the welcome drink was very welcome.

The bathroom had a slight smell. The staff were confused when asked about breakfast and the breakfast was tasty but could have done with a couple of more items.

The location was perfect. Beautifully located across from the lake with a mall and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless.

Being so central there is some traffic noise, but that’s to be expected.

Great central location, overlooking the lake. Staff are very attentive. Great value. Restaurant downstairs is very nice too.
