I didn’t like the area so much , had to take tuktuk anywhere to go , the roads are quite busy so that it’s not for walking around .

There are restaurants which offered foods and drinks . It’s clean .

The rooms are a bit outdated. The place is not so close to sites or restaurants \ cafe houses. You have to take a tuktuk every time you want to get to another place in the city.

Great place to stay in Colombo, my room was large, spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner - the food was delicious. The price of the food and accommodation was definitely worth it. The location is relatively close to the train - a 15 minute drive away by tuktuk. The service and staff were exceptional - the employees are polite and helpful with every inquiry and request. Especially Shehan at the reception.

My locker key wasn’t working well and had a little communication error over it but resolved fairly quickly. Location is a bit far from the sights but easy to get local buses

Nothing - all good

Easy to find, delicious dinner, nice hang out area to eat and drink. Really didn’t stay long we just used as a meeting point before starting our trip early the next morning but our room was comfy nice bed etc.

Be aware that this hostel is a short tuktuk drive away from the cities main attractions

Great landing spot in Colombo. Clean and spacious dorms, nice common area, dinners and warm water showers. The staff is friendly and accommodating and you will meet loads of travelers starting or ending their trip. Great place to kick start your trip in Sri Lanka

Dorms are very small and not as the pictures look. The bathrooms are not the cleanest but does the job if you aren’t spending long here. The shower didn’t work for my stay which was inconvenient when paying the price you do.

Nice social area downstairs. When moved to a private room was big and spacious.

Lovely interior design throughout the courtyard and bathroom. Dorms were clean and comfortable with good AC and linen. The breakfast was delicious and a generous portion size. Really enjoyed the mango juice.

This place is a hostel so don't expect 5 star luxury. It's clean, comfortable and good value.

Great value. Perfect for travellers on a budget. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a/c and comfortable beds. Delicious local dinner.

I had ants all throughout my bed (no, I didn’t have any food in my bad), and the showers were not very clean at all.

Loved the staff, and the little outside garden. The location was good and secure, down a side street so not on the main road. The curry dinner was exceptional.

Rooms were really basic. Mixed results trying to communicate to staff that I wasn’t well at all, ended up checking out for a hotel for more comfort. Got an electric shock from a plug socket.

Unfortunately I was really ill with flu during my stay. I think it would have been much better if I hadn’t had been ill. Nice communal spaces and restaurant area. Good food.

The atmosphere is nice. I had a huge private room with an attached bathroom and a huge terrace. They prepare delicious breakfasts at very good rates.

We stayed in the private double room and it was outdated, the bathroom was horrible we ended up using the main one instead. Not worth the price at all.

Generally we like everything and would go back. The bathroom was a little small and the shower was very low which was a bit of a struggle as we're both tall.

Really nice little place. Great value. Good location a little away from the centre. The staff were very really friendly and helpful. Amazing local dinner for a great price. The room was spacious with a nice little terrace.
