Basic amenities such as shampoo/shower gel/tooth brush. No Air conditioner which is not really required during winter but not sure how the heat is during summer. Rest no comments was all prefect

As Ella is quite the party-capital, loud music ist played until around 2am in the bars on the main road which you can hear in the room. As there is no air conditioning installed, closing the windows at night is also not possible. Also the breakfast was very standard - Omelette, toast and fruit. Not bad but just not as spectacular as in other places.

The hotel is located very near to the inner city of Ella so you can walk basically everywhere if you want to. The hotel itself is quite new and the room and bathroom are large and very comfortable. Staff ist super nice and helpful.

This hotel is very close to Ella’s high street and Ella railway station. The view from the balcony is stunning. Hareen is very helpful and does his very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It will get loud in the evening, cause you can hear the music from the local bars and club. The facilities are not very good unfortunately, the hot water went out and it was only possible to shower with cold water (that didn't bother us that much though). Wifi is, like mostly everywhere we went in Sri Lanka, not very good😁. Otherwise great stay with friendly hosts.

New and clean Hotel with spacious rooms and nice view over the city. The two guys running the Guest House are very friendly and help you with everything you might need. Location is close to Ella center, therefore you have lots of options for food...

This place was perfect. I always spend some additional time on booking, to try to make the best buy option and I think I made a right decisions this time. Great location. Room was clean with big comfy bed. The bathroom was nice and clean, and a nice view from the balcony. Host was great, explained us everything we needed to know and said that he could help us with anything we need( laundry, taxi, tuktuk, city tours, etc.). He also gave us an umbrella and adapter. The breakfast was nice. We got plater with fruits each morning, coffee or tea, and an omelette. And it is served on the highest floor with perfect view. Great value for money.

- no hot water one of the days- they forgot to switch the boiler on, and there was nobody at the property (the two guys were away, one who left me his number also did not have internet) so cold cold water it. When I came back at 10pm- there was hot water, but so has one of the guys returned. - the noise-my concern was if I will be able to sleep. Yes, you could hear the music from the clubs and I am a light sleeper, but I had 0 issues sleeping. - I had to chase them to pay them for my stay. even when I arrived, I had to go up and shout ' Hello' until I found them. They can work on leaving directions of where someone can be found to check in. Also, if there are 2 people and none in the property - who do you call when you have an issue? My main reason for removing 2 points was the lack of customer service. I think otherwise I would have given them 10. Overall, the guys were kind, but they do a bit to learn about customer service.

This is the newest property I stayed in Sri Lanka. This place is really well thought through for the most part. I liked there were different light options in the room and plugs by the bed + very nicely done net, which does not make you feel like you are suffocating! They also had put a water, cups and a kettle in my room which was helpful to make coffee in the morning. I was told they plan in getting fridges in so I think it has a great prospect to be quite cool. The room has a fan and overall did not get too hot inside despite it being quite warm in Ella. The location is good too-it does not yet appear on google, but the map on booking.com location is spot on- follow it.

Could hear the loud music coming from the night club over the valley which played until 5.30am in the morning!

The balcony and the room in general very beautiful,nice view. It's very close to the centre it was what i wanted for going to the party. The room doesn't have fun but the host give us one. And he was helpful
