Nothing at all to dislike

Very spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. 3 x sitting areas with soft seating upstairs and downstairs. The use of a fully functioning kitchen. Outdoor dinning table and more seating under a verandah for when it rains. Shared bathroom, very clean and toiletries topped up daily. Within easy reach of local buses to many different areas of Colombo. Both Cedric and Anthony couldn't be more welcoming. Cedric is happy to share his wealth of knowledge to guests including excellent recommendations of local food restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great 4 night stay.

It's a lovely place situated in a quiet, small road. There are good food options nearby a soacious shared kitchen as well. Cedric is very helpfull and interesting to talk to. Will defnetly come back next time I'm in Colombo

As always, it is people who make a difference, who make place. So is in this case. Cedric, owner of this place and his business partner or helper( i apologise i don't remember his name) ARE THIS PLACE. I had this chance to spend two brilliant evenings, we played some local game, watched some cricket game, and on top of that, we had long long conversation about pretty much everything 👍👏 Place itself is perfectly located, in quiet area, yet close to shops and food places, so everything in the package.

I stay lots of property for me this is the best for your peaceful sleep. Actually before allowing me they informed me clearly check out time but I sleep until noon time i respect him because gentleman behaviour he’s excused me and talk with smiley face thank you very much sir

We didn’t finish to get through the door and the hotel manager was already treating us like s**t. We didn’t put our luggage down that the guy was already assuming we were going to leave the hotel without paying. Even though when we did the booking we set our credit card details. After that, the guy was the least helpful and he was not answering when we were saying hi. So staff, minus 10. Regarding the room, was a double room with terrace on the ground floor. Forget about the terrace or being able to open the curtains, as they use set the wash line in the terrace, and the staff is walking next to the window the whole time, no sense of privacy at all. Indoors wise, the pictures differ quite a bit from the pictures on the website. The room also had some moist and you could smell the humidity. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, not even to my enemy. giving a 2 due to the hot water only.

the only good things about the hotel were the hot shower and the pillows.

The location is very nice, you get everything you need near by, you will be staying in a small and quiet street. The rooms are spacious, clean, our bed was comfortable and large. You can get a balcony • There is a little garden area with a couch, you can enjoy a clean kitchen that you can use, with a fridge. We had AC and a fan. The staff is wonderful, very kind, helpful, and trustable. If we go back to Colombo, we will definitely step by there again. Take good care. Cheers and thanks from Marc and Audrey

What I didn't like is the days are flying very fast.

The place is very quiet and the staff is very friendly and always attentive also helps you with some tips about were to go. And what to eat, sri Lankan authentic food outlets for takeaways or sit in.

The space is beautiful . Clean, green and lush. Everything works as it should. Hot showers. But the real plus is the staff, particularly Cedric who is an absolute legend. I consider him a friend now and look forward to catching up on the future. Thank you Cedric !

The room was clean and designed in a tasteful way. We had hot water in the shower and the bed was comfortable. So basically everything we needed was there :) Very nice and helpful staff.
