Generally good with no complaints. Nice to see renovations happening. Suggestion - Beach lounges could use some new pads and some small serving tables.

The sheets and towels were very stained, bedroom could do with a wee paint etc was feeling a bit run down. Air con was leaking water at one point but was fixed when we mentioned.

Fantastic location with beach access and only 2 mins walk to the beach with the turtles, great pool area too. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in need of several small but essential renovations, as many fixtures are either worn out or broken. Our room door did not stay closed unless locked, due to a misaligned mechanism. The shower had a damaged pan, which looked unappealing, and the glass shower door was defective, remaining open and causing the entire bathroom to flood after use. Additionally, all cabinet doors were either broken or squeaking and should be replaced. A thorough renovation of the rooms would be necessary to justify the price.

The hotel enjoys a great location in Hikkaduwa. Our room was spacious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We also appreciated the breakfast, which was both delicious and well-served. Additionally, upon requesting clean pillows, we were provided with brand-new ones, which was a thoughtful touch.

The property is beautiful and spacious with lots of coconut trees that provide perfect shade on a hot day. We mostly hung out by the pool on the lounge chairs and hammock as it was very relaxing. The hotel restaurant has a great variety of options so we found ourselves ordering lunch and snacks when lounging near the pool. The hotel staff are wonderful and kind- it made our stay even more pleasant. The location is prime- views of the beach and sunset, as well as being close to Turtle Beach and other restaurants and hotels. The room was spacious and clean. Good value for money

Unfortunately the property and especially the rooms/bathrooms are quite run down. The bed was really uncomfortable - terrible mattress that caved in the centre. The towels and sheets were a bit stained and just need refreshing. I’ve definitely stayed in worse places and the staff definitely made up for the run down feel of the place. Certainly didn’t hate our stay but there were my honest reviews. I would absolutely go back again if they updated the beds, linen and towels :)

The location was amazing walking distance to everywhere. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and super accommodating. They really went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay so much better!

The fact that it's right on the beach makes it a great choice. The room was as shown on booking.com with basic amenities. The staff was hospitable and the breakfast served was decent too. Good place for a budget stay, and nearby to major attractions in Hikkaduwa.

There was no offer to clean my room after the first night which would have been good. I was unaware of whether there was breakfast/restaurant available although I could have asked and assumed there was some options as I had a menu in my room.

The room was comfortable and a decent size. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It has a great pool and view of the sea although the section of sea directly in front of the hotel is too rocky to swim in but you can just walk along a little bit to get to rock free sea for swimming.
