damaged items in the room pool looks really clean, but it was mold around the top. but it's obviously hard to keep it clean in this conditions. hotel looks very cozy but certainly need some maintenance.

I think due to covid and the economy here, some places are struggling to get back on their feet. So here the owners need to invest in some new sheets and towels and tidy up the pool area. And maybe some more staff as to bring things up to speed these could be a little gem.

The location is great, very central and at a picturesque spot , just round from turtle beach. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served at your table and the was plenty for your plate. The rooms large, beds huge and comfy. The wifi worked well and the shower was good.

The room was very humid (also smelling humid) and had some traces on the walls. The beach chairs were broken & felt like some renewals need to be done.

The staff was very friendly and cleaned our room properly when we asked. The pool was very nice and clean when we were there. The beach was right next to where the turtles swim every day!

The Staff made staying at FnR extra special. I loved the pool and the garden area so even when the sea was to wild you can always stay and relax at the pool even during rain. Rooms and food are good for the price. Would stay there again! When I stayed there there were not many people around so it felt very private and calm.

everything was great but you need to improve your pool area cleanes and I know every one likes pets but in customer service area I don't think it is a good higyencal practice

Nice view of Hikkaduwa beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Foods are freshly made and tasty. Staff is really helpful. Economical stay with all facilities

The beach is rocky... But walk a little further and we could find sandy areas.

the bathroom was a disaster. so dirty, looked like it was never ever cleaned. room was okay, but could have been cleaner though. no nice view. state to have a restraurant, and it does. but it actually is just the usual tables and chairs standing there each day, you have to wait to find a service staff member, food not too good. can’t swim in the ocean there, but down in Narigama is great. we would not stay there again and chose another hotel for our last days.

nice outside area and pool, next to turtle point. staff very friendly, helped with phone reparations etc. but that’s it.

Loved the pool and the view out to the beach. Great beachfront location - it’s on a rocky beach where I wouldn’t swim, but a great view still and a very short walk to the calm swimming beaches. Huge breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff.

Pool was completely shaded by trees, so hard to sunbathe there. No beach, straight onto the rocks. Room (sea view with terrace) was very dark, needs completely refreshed. Wasn't cheap for what you get.
