Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsIntroduction could be a little better. It takes some time to find out how everything is working.
- Heritance Ayurveda is a beautiful accommodation. - Food is very extensive. - Rooms are clean. - Treatments are very good and varied. Staff is very friendly. Everybody gives you personal attention. The doctor, the treatment team, people from the catering, everybody treats you like you are the only guest.

AustriaThe Ayurvedic center needs a refurbishment as is really run down. The mattress in the room was very hard.
The location is great directly in the beach. As it’s an Ayurveda hotel the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The Ayurveda treatments were plenty and of good quality. Even on a short stay (we stayed 4 nights) we received 2 doctor consultations, medicine and at least 4 treatments /day. The variety of food was also good. Overall we had a lovely stay.

OmanThere were some mix ups in schedules due to poor coordination. The resort looks super fancy, with nice rooms and a big balcony. The place looked posh, but the service was a total letdown. We call the reception multiple times for help, they respond nicely but no one shows up, I.e. we reported that someone took our umbrella from the Ayuerveda center and asked for another 2 for my cousin and I. They said it’s a “procedure” not to give us 2 so we said ok. We waited for 2 days, called 4 times and never saw an umbrella. My cousin forgot the key inside the room. She walked 4 times to the reception and back to remind them she is waiting. Nobody showed up until I came and opened for her myself. We requested an iron twice and it didn’t come until I myself spoke to housekeeper who was outside. We requested a buggy that never came and we walked with heavy bags complained to the receptionist, who only shrugged her shoulders instead of offering help. I suggest to the management of this resort to train their staff and not only managers to offer a service that meets the promise of luxury. Else it is not.
Great location by the beach, great Ayurvedic food and some good treatments. The best about this resort was the food. Great chef and kitchen staff. The front office manager helped us in fixing the safe and meeting all our requests. The doctors were very good but the center staff need to be more organized

United KingdomWhat would have made my review a 10 on 10: If more information about the ayurveda was forthcoming from the hotel before our stay. As most of the guests are repeat visitors, I guess they don't realise how much more first-time visitors would like to know.
This Geoffrey Bawa designed property is simply stunning. With frangipani trees and good-sized rooms, one feels instantly relaxed. Staff are friendly and competent. Food is delicious. Great sunset views from the beach.
