Would be great to have room service for when you arrived jet lagged and have to wait until 7.30pm for dinner. Also some sushi type lunch options

Location was excellent for surfing Marshmellows, Sticks, and Insights. The dinner package was excellent value and breakfast buffet a huge range. Pool was clean entire time. The dinner menu had a great range of European options and was wonderfully cooked, as well as the local cuisine. ATM across the road handy and shops 50m down the road.

We had a very comfortable stay in Insight Resort.The hotel was clean, had all necessary facilities and in a very good location. The beach is beautiful and quiet. I would like just to say that the staff in the hotel was outstanding, always very helpful and welcoming!!! They made us feel very special and very well looked after. The breakfast was tasty and with a good choice of food. The barman served us always with beautiful cocktails and juices. We had a great few days.

Some of the hotel could do with a bit of TLC and was a bit dated.

The people!! I was literally treated like a queen, nothing was too much trouble, the staff went above and beyond!! Room (delux sea view) was stunning with picture windows. Lovely pool and direct access to beach. Short stroll to shops on Main Street. Food was exceptional, had half board and dinners were amazing as was the breakfast buffet. Dinners accompanied by local musicians. Perfect stay!

If you can, pick room 501. It was the biggest with the best view. The view was incredible. There are no lifts, which was fine for us being on the top floor, however, may not work for others. The area is big and spacious and quiet. You can walk to many amazing restaurants and bars close by.

I enjoyed every moment! The location is simply perfect, in the heart of Ahangama, close to all the entertainment, restaurants and shops. The staff was courteous with a pleasant attitude and a smile and the service was excellent. One of the big advantages is that the hotel is right in front of Marshmallow Surf point 🏄‍♀️

Rooms need updating. Feel a little dark, but apart from that the hotel has probably from that the hotel was great.

Breakfast was very good, good range of choice to choose from. We ate one nite at the hotel for dinner. Buffet style the food again was good. Hotel beach is beautiful and well kept. Lovely beach walk to some cute beach coffee/brunch bars along the way to escape the busy front streets. Beach is choppy, but great to watch the suffers.

The sea is a bit rough and therefore not recommended for inexperienced swimmers.

Nice hotel with great amenities, very friendly staff, rooms are spacious, some of them have a beautiful beach view, direct beach access, comfortable swimming pool, various spa offers, dinner is either served as a buffet or as a set menu (depends on the number of guests), food is good as well, easy check-in & check-out process, payment on-site (cash or card), good location near some shops, cafés & restaurants
