We had a great stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the outdoor area was lovely. Highly recommended!

The worst part happened during check out. They charged the conversation rate as 305 LKR/USD while that day rate was 294 LKR/USD. We asked them but the owner lady was saying that they always charge like that only. Apart from this, the extension work was ongoing just beside our room so it was noisy in day time. The bathroom door lock had some issues that it got locked from inside one night.

The location was the best part of our stay. It was just in the heart of Ella city and very close to station. Room size was good enough. I must say about the breakfast. It was very delicious except the tea & coffee.

WiFi signal in the room was weak occasionally (for work video calls it might be disruptive). A little loud at night but you're downtown, so you should expect that.

Amazing location. Simple but perfect room. There was even a balcony. They also cook up breakfast for you in the morning if you like. Close to everything.

When we came to the property we did not stay,straight away we felt the owners were rude they showed us the rooms which were dirty and had a bad smell so we left I would not recommend this place

Perfectly situated in Ella’s Main Street. Bars and restaurants all close but also good food at location itself. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Great room! Nice patio to sit and relax. And yes, looking at some other comments..of course there is music and noise. You are in the Main Street 🤪

I have stayed here many times. The property is located right in the city where you can get to many attractions and to restaurants. Aunt makes delicious food for a very reasonable price. Just need to request and the food will be on the table. I would recommend this place to all travellers as the accommodation offers low prices and also proximity for places in Ella.
