No complaints! I wish I could stay longer. Just a head’s up that it is a bit removed from the town, so expect to walk 15-20 minutes.

The property is gorgeous, comfortable and a nice respite from the chaos of Kandy. Suraj and Aileen were incredibly hospitable and warm.

Very lovely. Very helpful people and great breakfast. I was able to join a yoga teacher which was very nice, she provided a good class and very relaxing guided shavasana.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kandy. Up in the hills with a balcony area where I enjoyed my coffee while watching monkeys, birds and surrounding nature. Also a great night's sleep ok a comfy bed with no noise except the rain on the roof. Suraj, the host, is freindly and accommodating, never hesitating to attend or answer questions I had. The room had good WiFi that I used to work from and take Skype calls. And the bathroom had hot water to shower. I booked two night initially but stayed an extra two.

Suraj was a great host, he gave us good recommendations for activities and spots to visit. The place is beautiful, clean and cozy, based in a quiet and chill part of town. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very beautiful house! Owner is very friendly. Place is only few minutes by Tuk Tuk to the city. Very good price for this stay. Highly recommend this place! Only thing what would make this a 10 is AC or ven in the room:)

It was lovely to stay here. Location of house is perfect and whole house is amazing and very clean. I got really good sleep there, so peaceful neighborhood and silent room. Hosts are very warm-hearted and helpful people. Be aware: you might want to extend your staying. ;)

Great location not far from town centre, bus station, railway station etc. nestled in a leafy area away from the chaos of town. We watched the squirrels and birds from the balcony while eating breakfast. Siraj was a fantastic host. Best pancakes and fruit platter. He was very friendly and helped us answer our questions about Kandy. PickMe and Uber work well here too.

Had the most beautiful time at the Mystique Guesthouse my first time that I returned for a second time. The couple that run it are the kindest people and so attentive, they will instantly make you feel at home. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious with amazing views of the kandy hills, I could see the glow of the big Buddha statue in the night. Breakfast is amazing and the whole energy of the house is 10/10, so calm and peaceful. Only a 20 min walk into kandy centre, it’s based in a lovely local village which is perfect to retreat back to. This will be my go to anytime I’m in Kandy. Thank you Suraj and Aileen for a lovely stay and being so welcoming.

It would be useful to have a table in the room. Mosquito net would make stay more comfortable.

It was an enjoyable stay in Kandy. Location of the hideout was good for me, close to a local corner shops with bakery and other food available Host was very friendly helping with all your needs, shower was great, this place offers a lot of privacy and it was generally quiet.
