Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Staff very helpful and amazing pastries in the reception bakery which were great as we didnt have breakfast in our deal The rooftop pool was great but not enough loungers and very loud 90s music all day wasn't really fitting!

United KingdomBreakfast room was chaotic to walk around: too many tables, guests and staff. A tad crazy and chaotic!! Breakfast was great for sub continent guests with so much choice ….but a little bit limited in all the selection for European guests. Lots of lovely breads and danish etc but lacking in fruits.
Size of room and roof bar and pool area were great. Staff are very kind with help with bags etc.

Moreover, the way we were greeted, the way we were looked after and treated by all the amazing staff members @NH Collection Colombo... such an amazing team... Thank you all...
