Rooms on the road side were very loud from traffic.

Shower was good, bed was comfortable. Good location for catching trains. Very local area.

The air conditioning did not work very well. The room was very dark and even with the lights on, we couldn't make it bright enough. There was a window facing the corridor where the light was on all night illuminating the room making it hard to fall asleep. Also we did not reserve breakfast in advance. However when we tried to order breakfast on the spot, the price quoted was 2000 LKR per person which sounded like quite a lot for a very mediocre sounding breakfast.

It was easy to get to from the airflow, the room was reasonably clean. It was kind of the hotel staff to allow us to store our luggage while we briefly explored various areas of Colombo.

24 hour reception. Staff was very nice. Stayed only for one night to catch an early flight. Completely met my expectations, the rooms were very clean and bathroom as well.

I arrived directly from airport at 11:30 pm, was very tired, and they wanted to give me at the beginning a very small and prison like room. when I refused they changed the room. That room was spacious but the floor wasn't clean and bed sheets and towels has stains but were clean.

The breakfast and restaurant was nice and the restaurant manager was very presentable and friendly.

Place could have been cleaner. Breakfast was basic and finally ready after 8am.

Overall a great stay and within a walking distance to Pettah. Rooms were of a good size and the toilet looks new!

The name of the property isn’t relevant.. there isn’t port view. it isn’t far from the city but the street where the hotel stay isn’t the best..

Note that he single rooms don't have a balcony (in the room description they have one). I asked them to change the description and they said that they'll do so. Also there is not always someone at the reception and then the front door ist locked. They provide a number you can call, but this isn't ideal when you have to use expensive roaming.

The checkout was 11 AM which is earlier than usual.

The staff of this hotel was very helpful. There was a kettle in our room to make tea which we enjoyed since we arrived quite late. The bathroom was one of the best that we had during our 2 week trip.

Hotel is close to the road, so not super quiet, but for one night it's not a big problem.

We spend here one night after long journey. We had late check in, but the hotel manager was nice and helpful, there was not a problem to change a electric kettle (not working) in the night...

Wierd system of entrance and exit: front door is locked and you always need to call by cell phone to somebody open it. Also I was checking-in about 20 minutes: they have me 2 rooms before I got the one I actually booked. Declined my request to re-pay by card after I payed by cash

Needed a Balcony or a Window opening to get some fresh air at times.

Room was very clean, comfortable and access was very easy. The location of the Hotel is pretty good too. The area isn't that loud at night times and easily accessible/close to important shopping centers.
