Dirty room. Unworking refrigirator and air condition. There is water ground floor and under refrigirator. It is not a 3 star hotel it is hostel. I couldnt sleep all night. I want my money back

Location is the worst. They don’t have parking. I asked to cancel for the booking as we came by car. But the hotel didn’t agree. Hotel said that we could park my car in front of the hotel and its safe. Nothing would happen. But by the next day morning the both side mirrors of my car was stolen. If you are coming by car, do not use this. Area is not safe.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are modern and well equipped.

Room was large, bright, good AC, good wifi, strong shower pressure, hot water! Nice clean towels. Bed was big, good pillows and comfy mattress. 24h staff were nice and accommodating. We were able to store our bags while we explored the city and waited to check in. Walking distance to Galle Face, markets and food! We were only here 1 night before our flight, but would stay here again next time we are in Colombo!

The location was good as I wanted to be near the train station, and it was only for a short stay - i wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night.

Very, very noisy from the Central Road, which is the main throroughfaire for this part of the city. Tuck tucks can be heard late into the night.

Amazing experience! It's a hidden gem in Sri Lanka and will cater for every type of need. You love nature but dont want to hike, this is the place to go. You want to hike in the Singharaja forest? Well this is the best place to stay. You just want to be with your loved one? Nothing can beat this place. The bunglow itself is an art in the middle of the forest, packed with memories from the past but also with all modern day amenities to make you comfortable. Above all, the staffs are exceptionally good and will ensure you have personalised experience all the time. They will know yoir need even before you notice. I woild like to thank Lasith for his exceptionally hospitality. I have been to many places but never found someone like him.

When I went to pay, they asked me if I could cancel the booking, so they could get the booking rate. They didn't have external electricy supplier. The electriciy was down - as commonly happens in Sri Lanka - and, therefore, there was no light in the whole hotel ( no elevator, all dark, no hot water). For this hotel price, they should have external supplier. The breakfast was starting very late, they didn't want me to give my breakfast ( included) at 7:30am. I had to intensively insist. My linens had stains. My room curtain was broken. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

It is close to the train station - that's why I booked it. Hot water. Bathroom was good.

Actually I made booking for a double room. When I reach there., they are saying I booked for single room. But when I see the room itis very small room like a bathroom only. Then I paid 1000Lkr more and take deluxe double room And after sometimes power was gone and came back only after 8 hours. Even though they dont have any alternative like Generator.. 2,3 times. I have to use the staircase to go to my room in 4 th floor.... It was a terrible night for me with out AC or Fan all night....

Faulty elevator. The door had no sensor on it. It kept closing on the 78 year old disabled adult I was with. They fumigated the lounge room downstairs while the 78 year old disabled adult was sitting in there. Black, combusting toxic smoke. No warning for him, no regard for his health. The restaurant is not open, so you can forget about all those sumptuous delights advertised. There are a few limited eateries 5/10 minutes away along a very busy road where you have to traverse dangerous crossings. It’s certainly in a less glamorous part of town, somewhat rough around the edges in comparison to most of Colombo city. The air conditioning unit in the room barely functioned, though it did operate enough to do the impression of an industrial sized power generator. The television in the room’s volume was stuck on full. I’d be happy if the hotel was half the price and I was a backpacker on a limited budget, perhaps. They sell themselves on their tarted up bathrooms, which are just about reasonable I suppose. The photographer they hired for the pictures of the property is probably the best thing about the hotel. If you are unhappy about anything with the hotel, don’t expect them to take any notice or responsibility.

There was nothing of notable. An extremely average property, and this is being kind.
