The property was great. I would caution visitors about ONE staff member who constantly tried to find ways of charging us for something “extra.”

The room was a little musty and the bathroom needed to be updated. One of the ceiling tiles in the ceiling was ajar and we could hear critters up there at night.

The views and location in proximity to downtown Ella were excellent. It was a short walk to town along the railroad tracks, which we didn't mind. The pool area was nice and the staff was friendly and fairly responsive.

Absolute gorgeous location, quick easy walk into the main strip area (as long as you are okay with uphill!) The room was simple but had everything I needed - clean. Staff were exceptional - so friendly & helpful. The pool was amazing, what a view!!

I recently stayed at Ravana Range Ella Hotel for one night and overall had a decent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were offered many breakfast options. The food was also very good. The location and reasonable pricing make it a good option for short stays in the area.

We had booked a room with 3 beds but when shown to our room it only had 2 - voiced this and the manager said it was a booking.com.error and that they (booking.com) had specifically assigned this particular room to us and all other rooms were booked. I explained 3 beds was what I had booked and paid for and showed them my confirmation and they miraculously found a room which was available. This room had an obstructed view, did not look like the pictures and was definitely one of the lesser quality of rooms but had 3 beds and as for us it is a place to lay our heads whilst we swim and explore I didn't complain.

What a view!!! Stunning from the pool area and assuming some rooms. Breakfast was great (fruit, eggs, hoppers etc). Tucked on a hill but a short stroll into town down some stairs and over a railway track makes it a fun little trek, however it is steep going back up, not a problem for us but something to keep in mind but can always get a tuk tuk if needed. Bus boys and breakfast staff were really lovely

Toilet in the bathroom was leaking, quality of food in the restaurant was lower than the prices suggested, and if you want to pay in USD they first convert to Rupees against high rate, and then convert back to USD with low rate, adding almost 10% to the bill

Could be more pool umbrellas, we had to lounge on the grass in the sun which is nice for a short time! Dinner portions a bit small for the price
