Everything was perfect in this Guest House. The rooms the kitchen and the owner. The guesthouse is located in a beatiful Garden. You have the possibility to eat outside If you want. The rooms are big , with comfortable matraces and good ventilation. The kitchen is equipped with a huge fridge and every type of kitchenware you can think of. But the best of everything is the owner with his wife. They are absolutely Kind and friendly people who will help you with everything. We will definetly come Back.

A bit warm at night in the rooms, but the fan on the ceiling was very helpful

Very sweet place to stay! The hosts are truly great people, very kind and generous. We had an issue with the bathroom when we arrived and they fixed it right away. Located a few steps from the beach and few minutes drive from Trincomalee. If we come back to Sri Lanka, we will surely be back! Highly recommended!

We loved it so much did not want to leave

This place is run by a very friendly kind couple where nothing was too much trouble, it had a delicious breakfast for only 800 rupees, Very clean rooms with good towels in a great location near beach and a strip of restaurants, it has a great garden for chilling. Book now you won’t regret it!!!

Very clean room, good fan, mosquito net in the windows, which makes it easy to sleep with a breeze, it is quite, good mattress and pillows, excellent big bathroom with hot shower, wifi works really well. Kitchen for use. Parking space in the garden. Very friendly couple. Definitely a very good place to stay at the beach, we can absolutely recommend it.

One of the best places I have stayed at in Sri Lanka. Room and bathroom had a good size, everything is clean and the whole property well-maintained. Breakfast was homemade and one of the best I've had in Sri Lanka. The family is super friendly. 2 mins walk to the beach yet quiet location. Scooter rental on premise is possible. I loved it so much that I ended up staying six nights instead of two and would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about this place

The guest house is so beautiful & gives you the vibe of living a 1960's malayalam movie. The property is very clean, spacious & well maintained (both the common area & the rooms). Upuveli beach is just 200 metres from this place. The hosts Sahas & Jeevitha are so amazing that they literally make you feel at home the moment you arrive. When I visited Trinco, it was heavily raining & I had asked if he could arrange dinner for me . Both days they arranged a delicious dinner for me and teas In the morning. Sahas even dropped me to different places a couple of times & I felt like I was staying at a friend's place than at a guest house. I would recommend anyone who visits trincomalee to stay at this amazing place managed by a lovely couple :)

There was no closet to tuck away our clothes but yet there was a rack

Nice welcome, the garden was a peaceful rest place with a lot to see (chipmunks-birds-butterflies and even an puppy!) The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean It was nice to have access to the kitchen

We had a slight issue with our toilet flushing sometimes but it was easily fixable so had no impact on our stay

Perfect location about 100m from the main section of the beach, quiet and so comfortable, big spacious rooms + bathrooms. Easy to organise any tours through the guesthouse for a great price and free bicycle rental was a nice extra. We had no aircon but it didn’t at any point get too hot in the room as the fan worked just fine

It was really hot weather when we stayed and although the room had a ceiling fan, there are mosquito covers on the windows so the room retains a lot of heat. Obviously a bit of a balance because you don't want loads of mosquitoes but something to bear in mind when booking.

Really friendly owners and the property is in a perfect location right next to the beach. The room was spacious and clean.
