Unfortunately there is some construction work next door but it didn’t bother us as we spent our time on the beach.

Loved the location on an isolated beach. The Sea view room was perfect. Very big and very clean. The food was excellent and the staff were all very kind. We had the most incredible massages at the on-site spa.

Our stay at Seven Turtles was really special, we were treated so nicely by all staff and our room was lovely. The whole place is very peaceful and we did not feel the works next door (which they kindly pre-warned us about) distracted from the tranquil location. Ours was a sea view room and the loudest noise was the sound of the sea which was very nice! Thank you, from Hannah and George.

We loved our stay at Seven Turtles! The location is perfect for a peaceful break on the beach, we enjoyed long walks and the beauty of the nature around us. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your vacation - Seven Turtles is the place! A special thanks to staff - Konstantin, restaurant staff were very friendly and made our stay absolutely perfect. The chef at the restaurant deserves a separate mention, the food we had was absolutely delicious. Everything from the variety of food options to portion sizes was spot on! We had Sri Lankan tranditional dishes, seafood, European breakfast - the menu is perfectly designed to meet the variety of tastes. Thank you, Seven Turtles, for making our stay so special, we hope to come again!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Seven Turtles! The hotel is fresh and beautifully located right on the beach, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The beachside restaurant and bar were fantastic, allowing us to enjoy great food and drinks with stunning ocean views. The swimming pool was lovely—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to unwind. The restaurant offered a wide variety of options, and every dish we tried was delicious. What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. The staff and the owner genuinely care about their guests, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything about this place was perfect. We highly recommend Seven Turtles and would love to return. A true 10/10 experience!

We spent wonderful 3 days at Seven Turtles. Beautifully located at a very long, wide and beautiful sandy beach this small hotel is definitely a place we can recommend to anyone willing to spend their vacation in a tranquil place at Sri Lankan's south coast. The owners we had a pleasure to meet as well as all staff members were all so nice and friendly making us always feel very welcome and cared for. Special thanks to the Chef and his team for taking an extra effort to prepare delicious vegan meals for us! Our rooms were very clean, well equipped, air conditioned with comfy beds. Wi-Fi could be better so we were relying on our own mobile router mainly.

- one major issue: if you book a bungalow then expect bass music from the bar. The music started at 8:30 and didn’t stop until 10pm. While it might not bother some, I came to this place for quiet and really didn’t like the music. My family stayed in a room facing away from the ocean and didn’t hear the music. - the dogs, while so lovely!, did bark several times during the night, waking me up - the wifi was great in the bungalow but unusable in the 3rd floor garden room. Since the room cost a lot for Sri Lanka, this was disappointing.

It’s dumping surf at this beach so too rough for all but the most confident swimmers - so check the conditions if you are keen to spend time in the ocean.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Only 10 rooms so quiet and laid back. Great food at the restaurant although you can wander down the beach to other places. Looks like the beach may get overdeveloped in the next few years so get here asap. And it’s the only beach we’ve been to in Asia with no rubbish on it. Get a room with beach view if you can.

Hard to access - the only road there is unpaved.

Very nice and small resort. If you are looking for a place with only few rooms and top quality services, this is perfect. The beach by the hotel is also wonderful, food is great.

Access road surface needs improvement. While it's not within the sole control of the hotel, it does impact the overall experience just a bit, as getting to and from the hotel, is somewhat rustic.

Courteous and friendly staff, and the hotel is located within a few feet of a very clean stretch of beach. Food was tasty as well. The hotel itself is lovely and well laid out.
