The staff are very friendly and very kind to kids. They cook excellent food in the restaurant. Nice for young kids who can sleep in the room and parents can have a relaxing diner. Pool was big and clean. A bit out of town, for us that was perfect. Room is basic but ok.

Our stay was a big surprise. The super friendly staff did everything to make our trip enjoyable. They are the best cooks! It's a very lay-back, beautiful atmosphere. And the view is spectacular!

Location is remote, especially if your planning evening walks. The standard of the bathroom is ok, but not great (leaky sink). No driver accomodation on site.

We stayed for one night. This is a small place with 8 guest rooms. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The pool is nice. The bathrooms is ok, with water closet and shower. Airconditioned. Simple but ok breakfast. The hotel lies in an area with few buildings surrounding it, so we observed a lot of wildlife around from the top floor.

There are two types of electrical sockets in the rooms - unplug the kettle to use Europenan plugs without adapter (the personnel seemes not to be aware but we manager finally).

The rooms were not so clean. The smell in the room wasn't nice. The location outside the city - you need to have a car or tuk tuk to go anywhere.

The room especially the bathroom and overall the hotel could be cleaner.

Our three bed room was big and we had enough space. Overall the hotel was spacious, e.g. also the terrace and garden with pool. The staff was friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good, but nothing special. The location is nice, quiet and you have a great view on the lion rock, but it is a bit outside of the city center. For us it was no problem as we had our own tuktuk.

Like said above, it is a bit outside the city center. However, it was not really a problem because they drove us to the city by tuktuk.

The pool was very nice and clean, offering a relaxing space. The upper floor, with its beautiful view, provided the perfect spot to enjoy meals and chill. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay even more memorable. Although the location is slightly outside the city center, where dining options are plentiful, the staff went above and beyond, arranging tuk-tuk rides to help us reach the area easily. A special thank you to Charu and Lahiru, whose warmth and hospitality made our experience truly wonderful.

Not within the hotel’s control but our room was close to the entrance so we had tuk tuk noise, all guests walking past our room at all times of day/night which meant we were disturbed a lot, especially late at night when other guests were coming home or very early in the morning when guests were heading out for safaris etc.

The aircondition was not working that well.

It was a beautiful little house in a quiet smalltown. The pool area was really nice and the was good. In the restaurant they served really good breakfast with a lovely view! The dinner was also really good!

Great value for money. Staff were excellent, took us to Lion Rock and picked us up when we finished. Lovely view of the rock from the restaurant area and balcony. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

Everything was great

Very nice place in a serene location in the outskirts of the small town. The view from the terrace is magnificent. You have a perfect view of the Lion rock and you can see quite a lot of wildlife. The rooms were great and the pool area as well. Even though the resort is great, the highlight of the resort is the manager - Lahiru. He booked two transports for us. Took us on the tuktuk to the Lion rock and was overall very helpful and down to earth. Great guy!
