United KingdomWe had a wonderful two nights here. So reasonably priced - such amazing value. Lovely coffee shacks and restaurants within walking distance and the hotel also has its own restaurant and breakfast if you wish. They organised transport to the Sigirya Rock and a drive to take us to our next destination. Beds were so comfy and lovely quiet pool area to chill in the heat. Loved it!! Would highly recommend

PolandLittle tging - we didnt have a light at the terrace we asked to get this fixed and it was not made but we stsyed only one night so it was not a problem.
Nice rooms I think we booked the one downstairs and Got the one on the first floor with a lovely terrace. The restaurant in the hotel was nice nad with delicous food. Pool was a blessing after a whole day of outdoor activities. Quite well meintained.

United KingdomThe room needed a bit of a refresh as it was quite damp particularly the bathroom, given the humidity in the area this isn’t surprising. I found the mattress in our room uncomfortable.
Friendly staff, nice pool area, onsite restaurant, mosquito nets provided. Onward transport arranged for a good price.

United KingdomThe decor in the room felt very dated and in need of a refresh to justify the price, especially the bathroom which felt quite old and grubby. Also, there were way too many lights and light switches!
The room was big, with a lovely private balcony with seats. Bottles of water were provided. The hotel is in a quiet location off the main road, but it's only a three minute walk to two great places to eat - Moats and Cappuccino. Friendly staff.

United KingdomIt’s a budget hotel and this reflects the price. The standard of the room is basic, desperately need of an upgrade. Beds were quite hard, shower was warm but ancient. Curtains had rips in them and light pendant looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years. Breakfast was pretty poor, coffee was poor. We used their laundry service, and even though came back clean they’d made small red marks on each item to ensure it wasn’t muddled up with other loads which annoyed us!
Well located within short distance of the rock. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. AC in the rooms is good. Nice to have a pool.

United KingdomHad a few short power cuts while we were there - I think due to the construction that was taking place to extend their restaurant. So I suspect this is already dealt with now. Also had some issues with the bathroom drain but it was quickly fixed by the staff.
Pool was nice, restaurant was good, very good location near Sigiriya. Very nice and friendly staff. Room was pretty good.

United KingdomWe had the double room with view of the Sigiriya Palace Rock. But to have that view the room had a mezzanine floor with quite a steep ladder up to the bedroom. Was not great for my husband who could not manage the steep staircase/ladder up to the bed. We had also booked a family room for the children so he had to swap with one of them. Would be helpful if that was explicitly mentioned when booking that particular room. The showers in both rooms had very poor water pressure. Could not really be called a shower, more a trickle of water. Food at dinner and breakfast was OK but not particularly good; average at best.

Nice spacious room with fan and air-con, with balcony in the front. A pool just for us! The personell was very helpfull - arranging power plug reduction, elephant safari etc. Payment can be done by card.

United Arab EmiratesIt can rain a lot in December and we had one totally rainy day but this is obviously not their fault.
We liked the location, pool, staff. Staff were able to arrange their tuk tuks easily and didn't charge us too much. Breakfast was decent. They didn't start their construction until 9am. WiFi was good. Close to the main road and other restaurants. We had a leak in our bathroom due to a heavily rainy day and they moved us to an equivalent room promptly. Rooms were sound proof and we couldn't hear the neighbours or any dog barking.

Friendly and flexible staff. We arrived late. They opened the kitchen and prepared what we wanted. Food was tasty.
