Very beautiful location, feels like you are in the middle of the jungle. The staff were exceptional and made me feel so at home. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious, I loved my time with mama.

One of our best experiences so far in Sri Lanka. Samantha and his mother in law took care of us really well. One of the sweetest families we met here. We even went on a safari with Samantha and spotted many elephants. Aunty made the best breakies and diners. The treehouse is located at a great spot, near the city centre, but in the middle of nature. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Sigiriya was fantastic. You get the feeling of sleeping in the middle of the jungle. The room was big and even had a mosquito net. We had dinner and breakfast here too, which was very tasty and delicious; especially the dessert (Jackfruit) was new to us, but a yummy surprise. The host's mother even brought us welcoming drinks and then again when we came by to pick up our luggage. She always tried to make us feel welcome, in which she definitely succeeded. I can only recommend this place, if you want to stay in Sigiriya.

Samatha’s family are amazing and very kind with me, the dinner and breakfast are really nice cooked by Samantha’s mum. I felt very safety and comfortable with this family. The tree house is in the middel of the nature and everything clean. I recommend you thus place for sure!

Nothing- everything was amazing

If I could give this 100 stars I would!! We had the best time ever staying at Royal Point Tree House- the tree houses are amazing they are really comfortable, peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views. It feels like you are in a jungle and amazing experience. One night we were woken by wild elephants in the field right next to our tree house!!! The bed was very comfy and the shower nice and warm. The location is off a track about a 5/10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Sam the host is the most lovely person very warm and welcoming. Our time in Sigiriya would not have been the same without him… he went above and beyond for us - he took us on a sunrise walk up Pidurangala Rock (he took us short cuts so we got up quicker), he showed us a beautiful lake and gardens to look around which we would never of know was there. On our second day he even took us in his jeep to the elephant wildlife park and we saw sooo many wild elephants we lots count it was our best day ever!!! After the safari Sam took us to his home where we met his lovely family and spent some time there which was very special they are all incredible people! We had breakfast and dinner both days of our stay, the food was super tasty and they always gave us so much we never went hungry! Honestly the best time ever, do not hesitate to book! - if the rain gets heavy, it gets loud in the room but that’s part of the tree house experience. Everything stayed dry so we were happy 😊

- surrounded by nature - we saw peacocks, two different monkeys, lizards and footsteps of elephants - very friendly family - generous and delicious fresh breakfast - sleeping with the sounds of nature - the kind host drove us to Dambula for a good price

It was quite cramped room, no facilities. Breakfast is too sweet. But what made me sad - very ambiguous conditions. First of all - there is only one lady, that couldn’t speak English and she isn’t able to manage problems. A person that texted in English me didn’t answer me as well. Then he son finally arrived - we asked him about provide he said the total cost but he didn’t allow us to pay immediately. When it was finally check out time, our taxi arrived to pick us and we had only that amount money that he told us (because we usually use a card, so we went to the city beforehand to withdraw money) the price increased. I had a lot of Stress - taxi is waiting, we don’t have money and the host isn’t there (but he promised to be there at that time) to manage the problem. I just hate all kind of mess and it was!

The location was beautiful and the hosts were so welcoming. Sam was so friendly and helpful, drove me to an ATM and a shop on the first night with no complaints. The food cooked by Sams mother in law is just fantastic honestly been the best food this trip a free laundry service to was greatly appreciated and Sam also helped us out when we got let down by several taxis he drove us to Dambulla so we could catch our bus.
