We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe power went out for the majority of the night so AC and fan was off. Not sure if there was a town outage or if it’s turned off at certain hours.
Big and simple room. Quite affordable. Nice hosts and family. There is a separate restaurant very near with good food.

United KingdomWater pressure a bit low and hot water takes a to kick in as I believe it's solar powered and we didn't see much sun!. Would be nice to have kettle in room and hairdryer but these are small concerns
Clean and spacious room with good en-suite. Private terrace with table and seating. Lovely little bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. We managed to snap key in entry door but only 20 minutes before somebody was out to fix it. Hreatblocation for bars/restaurants/shops. Bonus of a mosquito net and hot water. Nice breakfast served on your terrace. Booked whale watching tour with owners family member. Met some lovely people. Would highly recommend

BelgiumWhat I disliked about the room was its unexpectedly small size, especially for a deluxe room. It was difficult to open my suitcase, and the furnishings were extremely minimal. A kettle would be a nice addition. Also after 6pm there is no person to be found.
I appreciated the simple and clean room. I also liked that, despite the shower not being separated the floor dried quickly, ensuring we didn’t have to step in water when using the toilet afterwards.

IndiaThe pantry area could be better utilized. It was fine for us but can be useful if tidied up a bit.
Quiet peaceful place with large rooms with balconies. They were flexible about the check out time which was a huge help since we had a late night flight from Colombo. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The onsite Murphy restaurant served delicious food and was convenient for the times when one doesnt want to walk far to eat. Lovely friendly staff.

United KingdomWe paid for a room with balcony and kettle. The room we were given had neither. I questioned this and was told it would be sorted. Next morning I asked again. The lady tried calling her boss. Then advised she would get hold of him and get back to me. Never heard from her. Breakfast was cold even when asked what time we would like it. Think it was cooked all same time and served later. Had to get egg cooked more as undercooked. At least it made them warm.
The room we were given was clean.

United KingdomHad a very pleasant stay here. Rooms were good size and clean. Dilini was a very good host meet all our needs during our stay. Breakfast is provided and she prepared for us very lovely breakfast. Her brother Madhuranga was a very good host aswell. He can arrange whale watching, snorkeling with turtles and a can facilate transports during your stay. Highly recommend family run business and a very good host. 5 minutes walk from Mirissa Beach, Turtle beach, Coconut tree hill, Parrot rock very good location. Very satisfied with our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quite and spacious room with very comfortable bed and lovely lady who worked there and looked after the place. Only a 5min walk uphill away from the noisy main road and a cut through to the beach was close by. Very clean facilities. Would highly recommend.
