Everything was absolutely perfect! This was the best accommodation in our whole trip in Sri Lanka. It is like a boutique hotel. The room was very nice, , modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. We had to work also from here and the internet was very reliable and fast. The breakfast was the best we ever had in Sri Lanka, every day it was something different, but something traditional and delicious!! The terrace has a fantastic view and the most important part is that the family running the place is so kind and friendly! They always made sure we were very comfortable and had what we needed. It is in a good location as in less than 15 minutes you are in the city center, but it is a quite and residential place. Best stay in Sri Lanka, we cannot reommend it enough!

The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC was also working perfectly. The host was super friendly and helped us with everything. He ordered food for us when we arrived in a thunderstorm, helped us with a problem regarding our train tickets and always had a smile on his face. Filtered drinking water was also provided free of charge. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, composed of different local dishes. Also the view from the rooftop is amazing! The hotel is 10-15 min walking distance to the city centre but it’s also super easy to catch a TukTuk anywhere.

Amazing stay. Rooms were huge, clean and good air conditioning that was quiet which was an absolute blessing. Breakfast was amazing and the host couldn’t have done more to try and assist us, they even had the Australian Footy on tv when we arrived. 15 - 20 minutes walk downhill hill to town and a very steep walk back up which is doable or tuk tuk which are easily accessible. Loved our stay here would definitely recommend

We got traditional breakfast. Very good prepared and with an explanation on how to combine the different dishes. The staff was extremely helpful. They organized a transport with a driver for us to go to our next location on very short notice. They gave good recommendations on what to do. Everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent

This property is fairly new to rental. It was one of our favourite stays. The property is situated on the hill overlooking Kandy, and we had a magnificent view out west from our room. The property has been built from scratch to a very high standard of finish. It is stylish but comfortable and, due to high ceilings and thick walls, remains cool, despite the Kandy heat. The AC works well, we had tea-making facilities as well as teabags, and a copy of lonely planet plus brochures in the room. Host Prabath was an excellent communicator, pleasant and attentive, and happy to give advice. He speaks excellent English. The daily Sri Lankan – style breakfasts were varied and delicious. We loved our early morning walks into the centre, but got tuk tuk rides back home as the hill is very steep.

This was a lucky find. A small family run private hotel in a lovely location with extensive views over Kandy Our room was a nice size with a comfy bed and well equipped with a really nice bathroom and shower. It also had a balcony with great views. The location was quiet. The breakfast was fantastic. The host family was so friendly and helpful in every way. We would definitely recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The host was wonderful and incredibly helpful, providing us great advice on the next leg of our trip. The room was big and spacious, with a great balcony and access to the roof terrace which had great views over Kandy. Air con was great! The breakfast was delicious.

Some plates on the breakfast might be spicy. But this is the original Sri Lankan breakfast so just be prepared. The hotel is on the hill so for those who don't want to walk up might be a problem. But the tuk tuk is 5 minutes from the city center and railway station.

Very helpful and friendly owners. They answered to all.our questions and gave us some advice. Nice and clean room with a beautiful view over the city. Also they have a nice rooftop. The breakfast is Sri Lankan style.

Our room was on the top floor and the view from the balcony, especially in the evening, is amazing. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well, (air conditioning, wifi, hot water and TV). Our host was very helpful, recommending good restaurants nearby also with views over Kandy. An excellent Sri Lankan breakfast was provided and was different for our two day stay. The property is up a hill but there is a short cut into Kandy which takes 10 minutes. Very good communication with the host who picked us up from the train station as he was in the town, which was very much appreciated.

The hotel is located very high. You can only get there by tuk-tuk.

Tuk tuk drivers struggled to find it but once we told them to go to the "lake viewing point" it was easy !

It was a lovely stay with a very cosy room with great view. It's like staying away from the busy town, but still be only 10min away from it. Perfect experience. The terrace wad great, enjoying the cool evening seeing the lights of Kandy and Sunset. The hospitality was amazing. Thanks so much!
