Overheard planes were noisy however weren’t noticeable while sleeping.

For information, there is a train line nearby, as well as the airport. I wasn't disturbed during the night, just mention it for people very sensitive to noise. Apart from that the surroundings are very quiet.

Wonderful place, brand new room, great bathroom, great breakfast, everything was perfect. Rajeev came to pick me up at the airport, for free, very convenient and hassle free after a late flight, and he was full of good advice for the rest of my trip. It was a marvelous introduction to Sri Lanka and it's a place i will return with pleasure.

Wonderful room. The host was extremely helpful and communicated very well for the pick-up. He even went to collect a takeaway meal. Take ear plugs as it is on the flight path, but that's what you expect from a transit stay. The accommodation is brand new, extremely clean and well thought out. Thank you so much.

Being only about 7 minutes Drive away from the Airport, it will get Kind of noisy whenever Planes Land or Take Off. If you are the Type that sleeps in noisy surroundings, everything will be fine. If you are Not, bear in mind that in Colombo Airport Planes Take Off all through the night. You might be in for a sleepless night.

Rajeev was the Most friendly host. Picked me Up at the Airport at one in the morning without charging anything, changed my Money and looked after a Transfer into the City to get the train at a very good price. Breakfast was good, the room was spic and span and comfortable, ac working properly. If you need a room for a good price to Transfer to or from the Airport or If you want to visit Negombo, which IS only a few kilometers away, you are at the right place.

The host was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay the night before our flight. He prepared breakfast for us and even arranged a free transfer to the airport. Although we brought our own dinner, he was happy to share a meal with us or take us to Negombo. The room was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom was also excellent, with thoughtful details like toothbrushes. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing value for money, this was a clean, comfortable and well equipped room that I would pay much more for - even by Sri Lanka standards! The hosts were also very accommodating, preparing breakfast at 6am and providing free transport to the airport.

Absolutely nothing. The only thing which was sad - but just for us - is that we didnt spend there longer.

We booked this place to spend there only few hours before our flight and even we spent there only few hours, it was amazing. Room is spacious, clean, with nice smell, hs everythjng you need. We had really delicious food (once again thank you for that) there and what was really amazing - the owners. They were so kind and nice. They are doing really great job. Transfer to the airport included in the price is also perfect.

I casually mentioned in booking it was my wife’s bday. When we opened the door the whole family was there to sing happy bday and present her with a cake, a crown, and even a sash. They were so warm and inviting. It was a humbling experience. The room itself is I. A very clean and safe neighborhood. I went on a walk and explored the area and felt safe. The bed was extremely comfortable able and large and it had good AC and very hot water for a shower. When we leave. We will use this place again. We give this hotel our highest recommendation.

Nothing, but this room just served one purpose for us: refresh before flight.

We used this place to relax and freshen up before taking a flight in the early hours. It was clean, had large bed and AC. It’s literally 5 mins drive to the airport. Transit and refreshments are included in the price. Communication with the owner is straightforward. Value for money.
