Over priced for the accommodation which is not worth for the money we paid. It is not maintained well according to 4 star rating. It is very far away from Sirigiriya city centre and no restaurants are available except hotel owned restaurant. No value for money I would say. I would not recommend for my friends. 4 star hotel does not have TV which is broken. Just fixed TV on the wall for a sake of having TV. No common washing machine and no dryer. Just wondering why this hotel is charging this much money without meeting their basic facilities.

There are slight problems with electric sockets which can be easily resolved

The owner and staff are extremely co-operative and prepared to do anything anytime. Quick response. They cooked us generous breakfast and dinner followed by desserts to our taste.

The property was quite nice and quiet and the staff were polite and helpful especially Lakshan.

There are many things which annoyed us. 1. There is no intercom facility so you cannot contact any staff. 2. No staff is found on reception only one person doing everything and is never to be found, god forbidden if you need anything at night you have to travel to reception in dark and find a person here and there. 3. Our rooms had many insects and lizards inside we cudnt sleep the whole night. 4. The hot water facility is also not working. Infact the jacuzi shown in pic doesnt have hot water connection at all. 5. There are no TV channels working. 6. The swimming pool was very dirty. 7. Nothing in the property is maintained so not recomended for families and kids at all. 8. In nearly same charges you can find much more better option. 9. In bathroom there is nothing provided like proper soap and shampoo vanity etc. All in all its not worth the price and zero value for money.

Actually there is nothing to like. Its a poorly maintained place full of lizards and insects. The pics shown here are not true and very old pics we visited the property in jan 2024 and found it was a waste of money.

Beautiful rooms, daily Room cleaning, Huge toilet. The hotel is near to the place where Elephants live. So in the morning time and evening we saw many elephants near to the hotel. The Owner mr.Sumith is very friendly and available on anytime. He did everything we’ve asked for. Allowed us to pick fruits from the hotel garden and did not charged us. The hotel has a restaurant, and the food is amazing. I’m definitely gonna visit again. Definitely recommend. Thank you for everything mr.Smith and Saliya

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We stayed in the igloo rooms. Such an amazing accommodation. The staff were incredible. Family run hotel by such a friendly, helpful and caring family. I have travelled quite a lot and this was a truly unique experience. I brought my parents and it was unforgettable. Could not recommend highly enough.

The pool could have been cleaner and beds around the pool broken! there was no wifi at all but the owner did sort out a SIM card for one of us! We actually stayed in one of the pods, a little musty but ok, They are trying hard!!!

The staff were delightful, and food plentiful !!! The bath rooms were modern and clean, great shower! Gardens kept beautifully xxx They are trying so hard at this difficult time! a real plus for us was the location as the bus dropped us off literally on the doorstep and we caught a bus from outside to Kandy!!! fabulous!!

No other guests here during our stay, not sure why as it is a lovely property! A little bit far away from Sigiriya, 15/20mins in tuk tuk.

Had a lovely stay here. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was beautiful! The owner and staff were very friendly, welcoming helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The pool and gardens are nice to relax in. would definitely recommend.
