The drain smell from the bathroom. The room required a little maintenance of the air con. Not many vegetarian options for dinner or breakfast, but the vegetarian options that were there were nice. But the buffet area was quite cramped - this could have been as the hotel was busy.

The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Overlooks lovely scenery. Nice sized pool. Dogs appear to be well looked after.

It would have been good if there were more varieties of food in the breakfast and dinner buffet. The Sri Lankan food was not very good (even I cook better than that :D). The pool was right next to the restaurant which put us off a bit. It would have been better to have a private pool.

The location of the hotel was very beautiful. It's located in a big mango garden with lots of mango trees. It gave the feeling of being in a forest which was very calming. The staff was very helpful and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was terrific. The calmness in the surroundings was beyond compare. It was very relaxing.

A little bit old rooms..some minor renovation could be required.

Overall everything was as expected. Great welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast and Dinner options were good and delicious. Especially local foods provided were very tasty.

Excellent value for money. Staff were very willing and helpful. Room was large, bed was huge and comfortable. Food was fine. Live music in the evenings.

Security, Health and Safety is not upto the descent standard. On the final day after check out my son accidentally walked into clear glass balcony door and door collapsed and he got injured. So the security of back door is pretty poor and on top of this we had to pay the repair cost of labour and material. Folks be careful out their not sure what sort indemnity insurance hotel has!

Staff friendly and hospitality was good, we have used swimming pool restaurant and Ayurvedic massage were pretty good value for money.

Pool was clean and surrounded by lots of greenery. Amazing view of nearby mountains. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was superb. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

It's out third time in this hotel in August'23, and our third room had dirty refrigerator (old one, different than in another rooms) and air conditioning, smells like used pampers 🤢

Massage experience was mostly bad. Only lockal therapist with strong gender rules: man for man, women for women. Quality was second-rate, but price even bigger than in excellent Ceylon Spa.

Personal on the reception unfortunately forget everything what we asked for 😞 Looks like they don't care at all about what kind of impression will be for guests. When we arrive, hotel personal broke our bag, and reception do nothing (!) to repair it, just laugh for our request. Bed sheets was dirty, because nobody change it after previous guests 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I guess the only thing that bothered me were the flies at the front reception when we first arrived…

The staff were very nice. The place , ie gardens and general areas were very well maintained, it was clean. Food here was amazing! Breakfast & dinner was great & we liked the band that played here as well. Was fun at the bar getting drinks - staff was very entertaining. Cute boutique store on site.

No body wash available in the shower, food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner could be better - french fries overdone, cabbage curry very spicy.

Staff were excellent especially Nishanta at the restaurant and the reception staff. Friendly, efficient and polite. Room was clean, spacious and had a nice view of the gardens. Breakfast (and the view over the pool) was lovely. The resort is very serene and peaceful.
