The only downside is the location, it’s more on the outskirts of Kandy though if you don’t mind the walk it’s an easy recommendation to make.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tree Breeze Inn and would recommend the accommodation. The room (3 people room) was large and clean. Whilst it does not have AC, the fan is large and rather powerful and very effective! Whilst we did not have breakfast, it looked really nice and was cheap for what it was. Our whole stay there was great value for money.

We have stayed there 5nights but no body came to clean neither bathroom and home....it is not valuable for the amount that we paid...

It is very nice place and calm.it was the end of the road and nobody(three-wheelers) did not like to climb the hill.... from the kandy city one bugger took 750 rupees..but pick me it cost 250

Shower water is not strong enough, kitchen is not clean

During our stay, we noticed that the electric wall outlets could benefit from some maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Addressing this detail would enhance the overall guest experience.

Unfortunately, there are no mosquito nets. At night you could hear animals on the roof, so if you are a light sleeper, you may not get enough sleep...

The Owner is very nice and helpful. The pathio is really cool.

The kitchen could do with a revamp, but with more utensils might be adequate. A sign on the inn would be helpful. The speakers outside scaring off animals/birds can become annoying so bring earplugs.

Location is good to walk to the Budda on the hill but a little isolated from town. You can take a 5 minute taxi though to town. Owners are very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it! The place laid in a calm and cosy neighborhood, just 20 minutes from the city center with great restaurants and shops close by. The host was super friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!

A lovely renovated large house within walking distance of the main town. The rooms are large and comfortable with mozie nets supplied! The host is very friendly and knowledgable about the history of not only the local area , but also the whole of Sri Lanka. A great place to stay- away from the noise of the city amongst the trees but still close enough to walk in .
