In perfect forest setting, great pool and restaurant area. Reception team very helpful in assisting with onward travel.

The bathroom had a big tub in which you had to take a shower and the window of the bathroom is at the corridor.

Breakfast was continental and was alright. Room felt a bit cramped although the size was really big - the lighting could have been better in the rooms. Has an eco friendly gym and plenty of place to walk around.

we had two single beds put together and the floor wasn’t cleaned when we walked in to the room but they cleaned it when we requested. The food was tad bit spicy for my liking

1. We specifically asked two single beds for one of the rooms, and it was confirmed by the manager that the same will be arranged, when inquired before arrival. Upon arrival it was noted that there were no single beds. We had to waste our energy and time to have what we wanted. The housekeeping seemed like he didnt want to cater the requirement and simply offered to put an extra bed (this is not a proper single bed but a bed you put just to manage an extra person) to the room with a double bed which we declined as that is not what we required. Later we were shown a gloomy room with two single beds and two extra beds. We had to spend a lot of time waiting for a proper room to be given. The front office lady later offered us a villa which was not to our liking and it was located at a differebt building. Once finally the room was ready, the housekeeping had merely left the room without informing us that it was ready. After a long time we on our own figured out that it was ready, and once inquired from the front office, then we were told that its ready. The housekeeping staff is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. He even spoke to the front office lady also in an unrespectful manner. This whole incident of not making available what was agreed was tiring for us. 2. The rooms are worn down and old looking. The commode of both rooms looked dirty because of the peeled toilet seats and all. The room walls also seems to have patches lije dried wet patches. The second room we got after a long time smelled a bit mouldy and looked gloomy. 3. The lunch offered on the first day was not satisfactory. It was a set menu.

The enviornment of the hotel, the pool and the ayurveda center were good. The dinner and breakfast buffet was okay. (if you eat from out often, then this buffet is average. For those who eats majority of home cooked meals the buffet may be satisfactory)

The staff were not as friendly, poor restaurant food quality, the room didn’t match the pictures, the location is not good, overall not worth the money.

But the room facilities are not quite good. The beds are not comfortable. There weren't experienced staff in reservations.

This is the best place in nature resorts in Kandy. The experience at Ayurveda SPA is superb. They had an experienced and well-trained staff for that.

We enjoy the hospitality rendered by the staff. We enjoyed the food especially the local dishes.we also enjoyed the Ayurveda spa, making sure to give special thanks to Dr Kahaduwa, Mr Thusitha and Mrs liyanage. You as a team did a great job. Our especial thanks to the Chef Debahapuwa who went out of his way to make the vegetable porridge and the prowl dish.

They need alot of improvement in their service.the rooms are just ok. The ayurvedic spa facilities are highly priced but no value for money. Not much to do on the property. After 10 pm everything is closed.even if you wish to order water or drinks,you can't find anyone.

A very beautiful and cozy place in the middle of the mountain rainforest, there are tea and coffee plantations nearby. Very friendly staff, excellent cuisine.
