The hotel is nice and really close to the turtle centre. Possibility to rent a scooter. You can reach Netolpitiya in 10 minutes, Tangalle in 20.

The property was super close to the Turtle Conservation Centre which was in our list of things we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us a really tasty breakfast! Would definitely stay again ☺️

It is a countryside small resort, where locals have nice cosy hotels because of the turtle beach attraction. In the daytime you feel like beeing alone in the hole massive beach. Sad that the waves are too big to swim, however the sound of the ocean lets you meditate with the nature. The hotel is simple and coay at its best! Some facilities could be improved however it doesn’t not irritate. Staff very friendly, food delicious and not expensive.

Though I did appreciate disconnecting for a bit, as a solo introvert it was difficult not having WiFi connection in the room.

Lovely stay very close to the beautiful beach. Really lovely hosts and comfortable and relaxing room with a beautiful view. The best thing is you get the whole beach to yourself early in the morning… it’s not for swimming but the waves are awesome.

The nearest beach is dangerous so you need to search for a safer place especially for the kids. There was also some breakfast problem during our stay and it was difficult to reach the conclusion in English.

Very nice garden and surroundings. It is great we could pay by card. The room was clean and nicely organised with tea and coffee and good air con and a fan.

We go two times breakfast with old grilled toast bread and butter and had to request an omelet for an additional fee. The wifi is not powerful enough for the number of guests and strong enough to reach all the rooms.

The room is nice and clean. There is hot water and ac. The location is great next to the Rekawa beach and not too far away from Tangalle by tuktuk. The staff does not speak much English but somehow it works. We could also do laundry. Fresh fruit platter every morning. The restaurant serves fresh and good food.

We had an amazing stay at Turtle Paradise! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience - they even helped arrange medical assistance when I needed it. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed the lagoon boat trip, massage, and turtle watching. They even taught us how to drive a tuk-tuk! Highly recommend!

If you look beyond the photos the accommodation was fine but it certainly isn’t as good as the photos and description on the website. The lake view is only visible from the top 2 floors of 4 and our room was on the 2nd floor. We were originally given a ground floor room, which I would not recommend. There was no bath available, only a shower, the pump in the shower did not work so, although we did have hot water, it was not good water pressure. The kettle did not work but it was swiftly replaced and in fairness we did not mention any problem with the shower. Having said all of the above: It was good value for money, very clean and comfortable with a generous balcony and seating area. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was good. The area is very quiet and not far from the beach. For us it was just a one night stay with an early departure so we did not have the opportunity to visit the beach and the surrounding area.

Wifi is so so.

We loved our stay there and even extended it by one night. The room was comfy, location is close to the beach and turtle center. Open dining area is really nice. You can hang out there which is very helpful especially when it is raining (which happened to us one night). Restaurant service might be slow at times but the food is delicious.

The location is far, mainly stayed for Rekawa beach and turtle project which we later found out is unethical so didn’t go. it’s not the property’s fault of course, just to note! We still enjoyed the secluded beach and peaceful vibes

the internet connection could have been better. the communication with a part of the stuff was more complicated because of little english knowlegde.

the property is located in walking distance near a beautiful beach. it is very clean, the room has a nice panorama view and the stuff was very friendly. they offered a healthy breakfast including fruits, eggs and pancakes.

This place is very nice, calm and cosy. Owners are very nice people who do their business with heart and respect with others. They are very polite, kind and professional. They also have restaurant and I can say that it was one of the best meals which I ate in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was amazing with many fruits. The prices are ok. Rooms are clean. There is also hot water in a shower :D. Beautiful beach is close but with big waves. We used their Tuk tuk service, too.

Stayed here for one night due to proximity to the turtle beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was also nice. The hotel has a dog who is very fun and friendly and has a great singing voice! :)

Everything was perfect!

Everything was phenomenal. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, exotic, and in a great location—right by the ocean. The food in the restaurant was phenomenal, and the hosts were so kind and helpful that we felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. Highly recommended! We stayed for only two days, but I hope next time we'll stay at least ten.

We came to see the turtles coming from the sea in the evening. It was an amazing experience. The guest house was Just 200 m from the beach. The owner and staff was friendly. Our dinner was exelent and fresh made. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing - we had everything we needed.

Closer to everything - beach, rock pool, and safari. The staff was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely come back again.
